TAKING POSSESSION OF AUCTION FIREARMS: Our offices are open Wed-Saturday, 12pm-6pm. Items that require background checks must be picked up during business hours or by Appt. In office background checks are subject to the availability of FDLE and their potential system delays. We absolutely observe all Federal and State gun laws. We hold a Federal Firearms License in TEXAS. The same person who registered the bid number MUST be the one to pay and pick up the auction firearm(s) at the conclusion of the sale at the ProSource Firearms – no one else will be permitted to make the transfer. AVOID THIS PROBLEM – DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES BID FOR ANOTHER PERSON. Merely tell the person to register and create their own account and password. Firearm sales to non-licensees (with the exception of muzzleloaders or antique arms manufactured before 1898 or non-guns) will be subject to and must pass the FBI Instant Check – NICS / FDLE. If you delay after your Instant Check, you will merely pick up your auction firearm(s) later at the ProSource Firearms location. If you deny after your Instant Check, you will NOT take possession of your auction firearms and they will be sold at our next available auction and a check will be mailed to you for whatever the gun brings minus a commission fee. If you know you are not supposed to possess a firearm, do not bid at our sales. AUCTION GUNS WON BY OUT OF STATE BIDDERS: : KNOW YOUR STATE LAWS PRIOR TO BIDDING ON AN ITEM. We will ship your firearms to your local gun dealer when he emails us his signed, current FFL license. If you have a current ATF C&R License we can ship qualified firearms to your home if your state law permits. The shipping cost varies according to size, weight, value and destination. In some cases we can get two or more handgun/rifles in one box and the charge per gun will be reduced. We’ll work with you on this to be the most economical. We will provide a tracking number to you once the gun ships if you request it. We are experts at packing firearms correctly and will make sure your firearms get to your dealer safely. Per ATF laws handguns are shipped 2 day air, rifles shipped ground. * ProSource Firearms is a licensed FFL Dealer. Winning bidder of firearm must complete NICS 4473 Background check to take possession of firearm and a Transfer fee can apply to your purchase. No firearm sales To New York or California. If you are unable to pick up firearm from our facility; we will ship to an FFL dealer in your area and extra charges will apply for shipping and FFL charges with your FFL. Please know your state's gun laws before bidding. * Shipping is available through UPS. Larger items will require local pickup only. Pistols shipping price is $40, Rifles shipping price is $35. Insurance is not included and can be purchased separately. We will try to ship items in the same box to save you shipping but cannot guarantee. User information will not be sold to any third-party advertisers. * This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its choice or conflict of law principles. Any claim or action arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Collin County, Texas. Any action by Auctioneer to enforce the terms of this Agreement, where Auctioneer is the prevailing party, shall entitle Auctioneer to attorney's fees and costs. * By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of these terms and conditions and all other terms announced at the time of sale. * All announcements made the day of auction take precedence over any and all written or verbal statements.
