Description
After many years in the contracting business Martin Acri has retired. Acri contracting was a large contracting firm working on buildings such as the PA State Capitol building and the Milton Hershey School. This first (of two) auctions includes a good condition Chevy dump truck & box truck. There are multiples of every type of power tool you can imagine, lots of building materials, scaffolding, ladders, warehouse carts & more. Be sure to view both auctions.
Auction Terms & Conditions: 1. By bidding in this auction you are agreeing to all of the terms posted for this auction so please read the full list of terms. 2. This is an internet only auction. All bidding is online. The bidding for this auction will close on Monday, October 14th at 7:00pm. Lots will close approximately every 20 seconds. This auction uses a soft close, which provides an authentic auction atmosphere. Items will remain open for one minute after the latest bid. First on SATURDAY, October 12th from 9am to 2pm and the second will be MONDAY, October 14th from 2:00pm to 6pm on-site at 419 Vaughn St., Harrisburg, PA. 4. TWO PICKUP DATES: Pickup of your winning purchases will be one of two days. Tuesday, October 15th 12:00 to 6:00pm or Saturay October 19th from 9am to 2pm on-site at 419 Vaughn St., Harrisburg, PA. An email will be sent to each winning bidder including an invoice. Please bring a copy of your invoice to the pickup. BUYERS MUST bring any help you will need to remove items (Auction staff will not be available to move heavy items or load vehicles), and bring any boxes or packing material you may need. 4a. There will be a forklift available during pick up times for loading on trailers where possible. Help loading is limited to our driver on the forklift. If you purchase lumber or other large items, you must bring help when you pick up. The auction company will NOT have staff available to help with loading. 5. All items are offered and sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. We encourage you to come to the preview to see and inspect the items. 6. All descriptions are believed accurate but not warranted. Measurements are approximate. 7. NOTICE: Fahnestock Auction may not be able to hold any items for pick up beyond the stated times. Everything should be picked up from the auction site by 2pm on Saturday, October 19th. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and may forfeit their right and claim to the property, or incur charges, including travel time, for sending staff after the pickup date to facilitate missed pickup. 8. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. 9. Fahnestock Auction reserves the right to reject any bid and/or bidder at our sole discretion. 10. This auction has a 13% buyer's premium. EXCEPT on the two vehicles. There is NOT any buyers premium on the dump truck or box truck. This means that a final bid of $100 (non vehicle) plus the buyer's premium constitutes the total purchase price of $113 (Except on the two vehicles). 11. You will receive an invoice listing the items won within a few hours of the auction closing. If you do not receive an email with your invoice, please check your spam folder. Your credit card will automatically be charged. PLEASE bring a "PAID" invoice copy to pick-up. If your card is declined, you will receive an unpaid invoice with instructions on how to make payment. Our office may contact you to make payment before the pickup. Cards accepted include MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover only. 12. Shipping is available for smaller items in this auction. If you want items in this auction shipped, call us or email us to let us know you would like items shipped. After your items are paid for, Fahnestock Auction will transport your items to the "Mail Room Etc." in Lemoyne, PA. at no charge. The Mail Room will be given your contact information and they will contact you to make shipping arrangements. They can be contacted at 717-975-9991. All shipping is between you and The Mail Room etc.. 13. Declined credit cards can result in a buyer being banned from participating in future auctions. Fahnestock Auction is a member of the National and State Auctioneers Associations. Non-paying and/or fraudulent bidder names may be shared with other auction companies. 14. Buyer will be charged the full amount for items not picked up, and may forfeit their right and claim to the property. 15. This is a public auction and not a retail setting. All sales are final. No returns or chargebacks are accepted. 16. Some items may be sold per piece. The bid price is multiplied by the amount of items in the lot. This is shown using the bid price x quantity. (Example “$12.50 x 4” equals a total bid of $50.00). 17. Buyers MUST bring boxes, packing material, or extra labor (if you purchased furniture, appliances, etc. bring enough people to remove your items) to pack and load their purchases. 18. All items are sold to the highest bidder unless a reserve is added. A reserve can be added any time prior to lots closing at 7pm on the day of the auction. 19. Buyer of the vehicles will need to pay in cash or certified funds (PA bank checks only, no personal checks). Transfer of the title will be completed only after verification of funds. Buyer will be contacted to arrange transfer of title with the owner. There is not any buyers premium charged on the vehicles. Any state tax on vehicle transfers will be paid by buyer at title transfer.

Upon auction close, the credit card you registered with will be charged, and a paid invoice sent to you. If you receive an "unpaid" invoice, please make contact to make payment prior to picking up your items. Shipping is available for most small items in this auction. Large items like furniture and large equipment are not able to be shipped. Shipping services will be provided by the "Mail Room etc." located at: 1200 Market St, Lemoyne, PA 17043. Fahnestock Auction will transport your items to the Mail Room Etc. at no charge. All actual shipping services are between you and the Mail Room Etc.. The Mail Room will be provided a copy of your invoice with your contact information and they will make contact with you. If you are not sure if an item can be shipped you are interested in, please ask prior to bidding.
