Tax will be added at the rate of 7% unless you send a completed tax exempt form PRIOR to the auction OR on pickup (includes all out of state bidders where your state is on the steam lined tax app). We try our best to call things by the right pattern etc., but it is up to you to research things yourself. WE ARE NOT ALWAYS RIGHT. If I say something is Wexford and the pattern is actually Waterford, you should have researched it yourself!!! Any condition statement or name of an item is given as a courtesy only, is only an opinion and should not be treated as a statement of fact. You the bidder should make the call as to what the item is, otherwise we would have to list by photo only with no description. However, if I mess up on something (Example) if I call something Sterling and it is actually SilverPlate, I will make it right with you!!! ALWAYS check each item before you leave. Once you leave, the item is yours. Items shipped, if you find damage, you must report it to me within 48 hours of the tracking number showing delivered.
