Wigginton Romine Auctioneers have been commissioned to sell the real property of the Robert and Brenda Martin estate. This property has two tracts. Tract one has a 3 bedroom, 1 bath Bedford stone house with a custom built wood stove in the living room, a laundry off the kitchen and a porch with a ramp. There is a large hoop barn with concrete floor, a huge garage with upstairs, several outbuildings and a well sitting on approximately one acre lot with mature trees and partial fencing. Tract two is a 8.57 acre lot of vacant bottom farm land with a creek and some timber.
