Auction Terms & Conditions - ALL Items must be picked up on the specified pick up dates . All Unpaid invoices will be relisted on MONDAY following an auction. All Items paid and not picked up will be considered abandoned and will be relisted ON MONDAY after the Auction, If a refund is issued we will refund the amount minus the 15% buyers premium for restocking fee. - Please submit Tax Exempt ID before auction day to prevent being charged taxes when invoiced - There will be a 15% Buyer's Premium Added to All Buyer's Totals for Each Item Purchased. - All Bidders are required to be ID verified to bid by registering with a valid credit or debit card. You must be at least 18 years old or older to bid in any of our auctions. There are no exceptions to this. If you are under the age of 18 and place a bid in one of our auctions you are violating state law and may be held accountable for this. - PAYMENT TERMS: Payments are processed at the conclusion of each auction to the card used during registration.
