The Buyer acknowledges that he/she has not relied on the Auction House, its statements or descriptions in regard to determining whether or not to purchase a Lot. The Buyer understands it is incumbent upon the Buyer to inspect the Lot and hire any necessary experts to make the determination as to the nature, authenticity, quality and condition of any Lot.
