All sales are Final: Bidder understands that no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, charge backs, etc. will be allowed. Buyers Premium: A 10% will be added to the final bid price on each item. Winning Bidder Notification/Invoice: After the auction has completely closed, winning bidders will be emailed an "unpaid" invoice for your purchases. It takes 1 - 2 hours for all the emails to send. Thank you for your patience. Please bring the "unpaid" invoice with you in print or on your mobile device to pick up. Payment: Pay for your merchandise at pick up during the designated time with cash, good check or credit card (4% added if paying by card) . You will be issued a "paid" receipt. Present the paid receipt to the attendants at pickup. No items will be released for pickup until paid for. We Reserve the right to require payment of any specific items (example: high dollar items) by wire transfer or Cashier's check if the buyer is not known to us. Buyers are responsible for loading. A strong young man will be available for hire or tips to assist you in loading. if you need his help, pay him directly. if you do not need his help, you are welcome to load it yourself. Designated Pick Up Time: Pick up time is posted in the details tab. Purchased items must be picked up during the specified time. "No show" buyers that fail to pay and pick up, and do not respond to attempts to contact will be barred from bidding in Orrell Auctions and may be barred from other HiBid Auctions as well.
