Treasury Auctions Terms and Conditions Welcome to Treasury Auctions. Participation signifies agreement with the following terms and conditions, legal disclaimers, billing notices, and privacy policy. Treasury Auctions is a liquidation company and not a representative of any retailer. Please review item descriptions carefully for pertinent information. By registering, you acknowledge and consent to receiving communications, including emails and text messages, sent to the registered email and phone number. Items described as "box damage item(s)" may have varying packaging damage or none at all. "Overstock item(s)" come in original packaging. "Returns" refer to items previously purchased and returned for various reasons. “Removal” means attending pickup days or agreed-upon dates. At the conclusion of the auction, your registered credit card will be automatically charged. If you choose to pay in cash, please notify us via email 48 hours before the auction begins. However, please be aware that despite your cash payment arrangement, your registered credit card may still be unintentionally charged. Treasury Auctions will not be held liable for any such accidental charges to your card. A 20% Buyer's Premium will be added to the total purchase price. Taxes calculated after Buyer's Premium is applied. Arrange preview or removal ahead of the auction's end. If an item is labeled as "untested" in the description, this supersedes any other ratings it may have, such as "New" or "Like New." If the item is later found to be non-functional while still carrying the "untested" designation, a credit or refund will not be issued. Customers may receive full credit towards future purchases for any approved returns. Alternatively, if a refund to the original payment method is preferred, please note that a 15% credit card processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. If both parties agree to delay collecting items, they must be picked up within 28 days from last pickup day(s). Pickup is allowed only on scheduled dates. Items unclaimed by deadline are deemed abandoned and may be disposed or resold. Failure to collect on pickup day(s) may result in charges. This stands unless explicitly communicated and agreed upon by both parties. No credits shall be presumed if you neglect to collect items. You're responsible for ensuring you receive all items at pickup and no credit will be issued for missing items after your pickup. In cases where a credit is approved, a seven-day return period follows the second pickup day, unless mutually agreed otherwise. Returned item(s) must maintain the same condition as when claimed. Contact us for guidance. Items may not be returned to us if more than 15 days have passed since the auction end date associated with that specific item. No credit or refund will be issued in such instances, regardless of the item's condition or whether the issue is our responsibility or not. Issued credits are deducted from your next Treasury Auctions balance. Use within 30 days. Failure to appear for pickup days and failure to contact us before the end of pickup days will result in forfeiture of lots. Forfeiture eliminates entitlement to a credit or possession. Such lots may be reauctioned or disposed of. The characteristics of items such as colors, descriptions, measurements, and images may not be consistent and can differ. The absence of decimal points, apostrophes, and quotations can cause discrepancies. For instance, a measurement might be presented as 1925 instead of the correct 19.25". Please note that if any misunderstanding arises due to these inconsistencies, our auction house is not to be held responsible, and we will not provide any refunds. Assume warranties and bundled memberships are invalid. Lots and sets may have missing components. Please be aware that in the case of any damages incurred by winning bidders during the removal process, Treasury Auctions cannot be held liable. The responsibility for the safe and proper removal of purchased items rests solely with the winning bidder. While employee assistance may be available, any resulting damages are not the responsibility of Treasury Auctions. Bidders are required to unload and collect their purchases, and are advised to bring their own materials, including but not limited to plastic wrap, rope, straps, tape, and tarps, for adequately securing loads. Refunds and credits are at our discretion. Treasury Auctions functions as a subject-to-confirmation auction. Items listed are subject to final approval by Treasury Auctions before being considered sold. The highest bid at auction closure does not guarantee automatic sale. Treasury Auctions may accept or reject bids, offers, or final sale prices at our discretion, regardless of reserve prices. Items in this auction may have reserve prices set by Treasury Auctions. A reserve price is the minimum amount for an item to be sold. Regardless of the highest bid meeting the reserve price, Treasury Auctions can withdraw the item, rendering it unsold. We may negotiate or reintroduce items. Treasury Auctions can withdraw items before auction closure due to inaccuracies, pre-auction damage, disputes, or unforeseen circumstances. Treasury Auctions assumes no liability for losses, damages, or inconveniences from item withdrawals. Bidders acknowledge this prerogative for auction integrity. Decisions by Treasury Auctions on sales confirmation, bid acceptance, item withdrawal, and disputes are final. Bidders affirm their commitment to these decisions. By participating, bidders accept these terms, reserve listings, and Treasury Auctions' right to withdraw items. Carefully review before bidding. All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is." Treasury Auctions disclaims any warranties, representations, or guarantees, express or implied, regarding the condition, quality, or fitness of items for a particular purpose. In no event shall Treasury Auctions be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use, misuse, or malfunction of items purchased from us, or from participation in our auctions or service usage.
