Auction Terms and Conditions All Bidders attending R. G. Mason Auctions must agree to these terms and conditions. All bidders are required to register prior to bidding on any item. Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. All Auction items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN.” There is no guarantee as to merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner. The auctioneer reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up until Auction time.
