By submitting a bid, the Bidder affirms their acknowledgment of having read and commits to adhere to all the following terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to fully comprehend these terms and conditions before participating in the bidding process.
“As Is, Where Is” Condition:
All items are being offered and sold in an “AS IS, WHERE IS” condition, without any warranties or guarantees, expressed or implied. Bidders acknowledge that they are acquiring auction items/property with full awareness of their existing faults, whether evident immediately or not. Bidders are strongly advised to conduct a thorough examination of items before placing a bid. Although items are described to the best of our ability, they do not carry any form of guarantee. Some of our lot photos are samples. Some items with multiple quantities can be sample photos of the inventory divided by the quantity.
Inspection and Bid Placement:
Bidders confirm that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction before placing a bid. This inspection serves as their endorsement of the item’s condition. There is a 20% Buyers Premium on ALL items.
Shipping Only - No Local Pickup:
All items are exclusively available for shipping; no local pickup options are provided.
Returns and Refunds:
Given the “AS IS, WHERE IS” nature of sales, returns or refunds are not accepted under any circumstances. Bidders are reminded to thoroughly review item conditions and specifications before bidding.
