Join us on Friday night starting at 7pm for our live online webcast auction. Each item in the catalog will be sold to the highest bidder. A livestream with auctioneer and livechat provides us the avenue to connect with our customers, provide more detailed information, and of course enjoy the entertainment.
Shipping is Available Nationwide - if you are in the continental USA; you can bid confidently in our auctions. Using our relationships with different freight carriers and our experience in professional packaging; Eouse Auctioneering makes it easy and affordable to bid, win, and have your items delivered to you. Buyers are responsible for the entire cost of freight and packaging.
As Is, Where Is - Everything in our auctions are being sold as-is. Be sure to read the description for any announcements. That being said, we have no desire to sell broken merchandise. The only items being offered with defects will be extremely minor. It is rare but not impossible that you win an item that has some sort of issue we were unaware of. In that case, simply reach out and let us know about the problem so we can work to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Product Condition - Items will be primarily one of these; brand new overstock, discontinued items, new with damaged packaging, and inspected customer returns. Give the sheer size, scale, fickleness, and seasonality of the retail world; millions of dollars worth of retail items are liquidated every single day. Auction Pick Ups - Given the size and nature of the items in this catalog we request that you make an appointment to pick-up. We will be available the following Saturday/Sunday from 10am-3pm. If you require another time to pickup your items we are happy to facilitate a time that works. Please try to pick-up during the scheduled pickup times.

Terms and Conditions
1. EVERYTHING MUST BE PAID IN FULL ON THE DAY OF THE AUCTION regardless of when it is picked up. All credit cards used at the time of registration will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction for the total invoice price plus buyer's premium and sales tax. Shipping including the handling charges (if needed) will be a separate charge once packed and quoted. If you would like to arrange another form of payment. You MUST contact us prior to the start of the auction.
2. Everything will be sold "AS IS, WHERE IS", with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block. Buyers shall rely entirely on their own inspection and information. It is imperative that you are fully satisfied with the item prior to placing your bid. It is the the buyer's responsibility to perform their due diligence and ask any questions they may have prior to placing a bid. Absolutely no guarantees or promises as to the condition, functionality, rarity, originality, or any form of authentication regardless of any statements made written or announced either in the auction listing or via the live video webcast. If you are not entirely satisfied with the item you would be bidding on. Please do not bid.
3. The bidder is responsible for knowing which item he is bidding on. if he is unsure, he should inquire or not bid. When you become the winning bidder at auction you have effected a contract and will be expected to pay for items in which you were evidenced to be the successful bidder. Auctioneer will not honor "mistakes".
4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of his client, the seller. The Auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments he feels are not in the best interest of the seller.
5. Pick-up or shipping when available must be completed in each auction's designated window and time frame. If you are unable to pick-up in the alotted time you MUST contact us prior to the auction closing to make arrangements. If items are not picked up, a storage fee of $5 per day up to $50 per lot begins 24 hours after the last advertised pick-up time. After 10 days, if your item has still not been picked up and any applicable fees are not paid, your item will be deemed abandoned and resold with no refunds.
6. 15% BUYERS PREMIUM - In effect on all merchandise sold either online or in-person. A 15% buyer's premium fee will be added to the final bid price of all items. Please keep this fee in mind while bidding.
7. SHIPPING - On any item in which shipping is offered. The buyer will be responsible for the actual shipping costs and any associated packing expenses. Shipping is only available within the Continental U.S.A. Exact freight costs are unknown until we know what you won and the package dimensions/weight. Any estimate or quote given prior to the final cost is simply that, an estimate.

All invoices are required to be paid in full immediately following the conclusion of the auction. A credit card authorization was required upon registering for this auction. The cards on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction for the full balance due plus buyer's premium and any applicable sales tax. If you would like to arrange another form of payment; please contact us prior to the start of the auction.
If your card is declined for the full balance; a smaller deposit may be charged. Any invoices with outstanding balances are required to be settled in full. Please contact us if you believe there may be any delay in your payment processing.

Shipping / Pick Up
Shipping is Available on Most Lots. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the high bidder including freight and packing materials.There will be a $15 service charge per invoice that requires shipping.
Please contact us at darrien@eouseauctioneering.com to request shipping or simply reply to your emailed invoice. All orders will begin being packed over the weekend. Tracking information will be sent out as soon as it is assigned to your shipment.
