Description
This is a Specialty Fundraiser Auction. This auction is for a very nice women named Tami (See picture in first lot), who has been diagnosed with Late Stage Pancreatic Cancer. All items in this auction are from an avid collector of Japanese, Chinese, and Indonesian Antiquities. Several items in this auction are over 100 Years Old, and come from Pre-Occupation Japan and Pre-CCP China. There are also several pieces which are newer (1970's-2000's) Pottery and Art, as well as some absolutely amazing Abstract Art. If you want to just donate to Tami's treatment and care, contact us, and we will help you with that. Auction will be continuously updated until the day before the start, so keep an eye out for new items, descriptions, pictures, etc.
When registering to bid, please make sure to put in the notes if you will require shipping, and what type of payment method you will be using. Please note for this auction NO CREDIT CARDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR ANY ITEMS!! This is a specialty auction. All Payments are to be made via, CASH, CERTIFIED CHECK, WIRE TRANSFER, or PAYPAL. WHEN PAYING VIA ANYTHING OTHER THEN CASH, CLEARING TIMES MAY APPLY DEPENDING ON METHOD OF PAYMENT. All shipping is to be arranged prior to the end of the auction, you must contact us, to verify shipping of a particular item. Several items in this auction WILL require Freight shipping and preparation. Items requiring freight shipping will have an automatic Handling charge of $50.00 applied, due to specialty packaging, crating, and preparation concerns for these items. All other shipped items from this auction, will have a $10.00 handling charge applied, because of the delicate nature of most of the items. UNLESS YOU NEED SHIPPING, ALL ORDERS ARE TO BE PICKED UP: TUESDAY 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M WEDNESDAY 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M THURSDAY 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M FRIDAY 10:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M SATURDAY 12:00 P.M. - 3:00 P.M Because we do not have storage space in our store, all orders that and are not picked up by 3PM the Saturday following the auction will have a $5 minimum storage handling fee added to their order. IF YOU HAVE OVER 5 ITEMS, THE STORAGE FEE WILL BE $1.00 PER ITEM. This will added to your order before the charge is made. (This excludes orders that require shipping) All orders are to be paid for by 3PM Saturday (unless other arrangements have been made). We will charge your card at 3PM, including storage handling fees. IF YOUR CARD IS DECLINED, your items will awarded to the next highest bidder, or if there is no next higest bidder, you will lose the items and they will be re-listed in the next week's auction. If you pay cash after 3PM Saturday, no buyer's fee discount is given. If for any reason you cannot pick up your items by Saturday, please contact us to make arrangements. If arrangements are made, your credit card will be charged at that time, and you may be assessed storage fees depending on the length of time in the arrangements. If your items are not picked up 14 days from the close of the auction all items on the invoice will be either donated or relisted at our discretion. No addditional warning will be given. If the item is relisted, it will be done in your name. No refunds given on loss of resale or donation given. All consignor fees and terms are agreed to by you with the agreement of these terms. . SHIPPING Shipping is availbable for most items. It is your responsibility to ensure the item is marked for shipping. If you bid on an item that is not marked for shipping, you are responsible for the cost of the item. You will have to arrange your own shipping, donate or relist the item. If we do end up shipping the item, a $20 surcharge in addition to all shipping charges will be added per item. Contact us prior to bidding for estimated shipping costs. Handling fees are added to all shipping on orders. Because of the extra packing needed, dish sets and items requiring extra packing will have additional fees added. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND SHIPPING, YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE ITEM PRICE + SHIPPING (USPS GROUND ADVANTAGE) + HANDLING USING THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE: Boxed Items - $10 First Box $5 additional (Up to 24x24x24) Mailing Tube - $5 Poly Mailer/Bubble Mailer - $3 There are items we do not mark “shipping available” due to possible leakage or extremely fragile. If there are items we do not mark “Shipping Available” and you insist we ship it, there will be a $20/non shippable item surcharge and will not be held responsible for those items. We only ship freight, where prior to the auction closing you have contacted us via email or phone and gotten prior approval. If you purchase something where freight is needed, you will be responsible for arranging freight including preparation, packaging, and handling for freight. Buyer premium of 10% for cash and 13% for credit will be applied to all invoices Idaho sales tax of 6% will be applied to invoice for sales shipped within Idaho and all store pickups All measurments are approximates. We try with the pictures and descriptions, but please come in or call if you would like additional details. All sales are final.

Payment Terms
13% buyers premium 6% Idaho sales tax for in store pickup and shipments within the state of Idaho Because this is a specialty auction, Cash, Cashier's Check, Money Order, PayPal, or Wire Transfers are the only option, if your winning invoice is over $500.00. If you are under $500 on the total invoice, we can still do Credit Cards.
Items picked up in store must be picked up by the Sunday following the close of the auction. Pick up location is 9636 N BizTown Loop, Hayden, ID 83835. If you do not pick up your items by Saturday, we will charge your card on file. You have until the following Saturday to pick up the paid item, or it will be put back into auction or donated. We can ship if you request it! We will use multiple resources to determine the best rate for shipment. Items under 16oz will be shipped USPS first class unless otherwise noted. Over 16oz will be determined by weight and deminsions. Please inquire about shipping estimates prior to bidding. ITEMS THAT DO NOT SHOW "SHIPPING AVAILABLE" ON THE LISTING WILL NOT BE SHIPPED Shipping Handling Fee: A handling fee will be charged to each invoice that will be shipped based on size of package. Any package that is able to be shipped in a polly envelope or smaller will be assessed a $3 handling fee. Anything shipped in a box will be assessed a $10.00 handling fee for the first box and $5 for each additional. This will help offset the cost of shipping supplies and time taken to carefully pack your items. We look foreward to improving our service in this area.
