*** CHECK YOUR EMAIL** I will email you a link to an invoice that you can pay directly. This will be your official invoice and one will not be printed unless specifically instructed. Once payment is received items will be shipped within 7 business days, most likely sooner. You will also get a notice with tracking information once it's shipped.
Shipping: We pack and ship in house. All Comics and slabs will be shipped in Gemini Mailers via USPS priority shipping or something as sturdy for larger packages. This will ensure the integrity of your items and make sure they arrive in the same condition you purchased them in. One lot will ship for about $12 and I will be in touch regarding larger shipments and options.
Pickup for Auctions will Thursday August 22nd. Once you receive your invoice you will be given instructions on arranging a time for pickup. The general pickup time will be from 10 am - 3 pm.
There will be a 18% Buyer's Premium added on all purchases. Applicable sales tax will apply. CC processing fee as well. (sorry it gets expensive these days)
All sales are final, all items sold are as is with no guarantees. Low Key Comics, LLC does not warrant the accuracy of the description, signatures, marks, authenticity or condition of said items. Please preview all items carefully and use your own judgment. By bidding at auction the buyer agrees to be bound by these conditions of sale.
1. As used in these Conditions of Sale, the term "final bid" means the highest bid acknowledged by the Auctioneer and the "purchase price" means the sum of the final bid plus the premium payable by the buyer, as set above.
2. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneers shall be the buyer. The Auctioneer has the right to reject any bid, to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion and in the event of any dispute between bidders, to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the lot in dispute. In the event of any dispute after the sale. Low Key Comics, LLC 's record of final sale shall be conclusive.
3. Sales Tax applies to all purchases unless a valid tax exemption certificate is on file with Live Auctioneers or Hi-bid.
4. No lot may be removed from premises until the buyer has paid in full for the purchase.
5. Registration approval, or decline is at the sole discretion of Low Key Comics, LLC and it's representatives.and its representatives may, at our discretion, require identity verification prior to approving registrations.
7. Bid Rigging, the coordinated efforts of two or more registered bidders to “share” winning lots by coordinating which lots to bid or not bid on is illegal and will be reported to the online auction site. Low Key Comics will use all available resources to STRONGLY advocate revocation of online bidding privileges and where applicable by state laws, refer such instances to local authorities.
If items are not pick up or shipping invoice paid within thirty days, ownership of the items revert back to Low Key Comics, LLC or their clients, and monies paid for items will be retained by Low Key Comics, LLC to cover storage, listing, labor, insurance, and other inconveniences resulting in the transaction.
