Please note that all items must be removed within 30 days after the auction day. Otherwise, we will charge $10 per day per item storage fee, unless other arrangements are made. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer forfeits the ownership of the purchased item, if it is not picked up within 45 days from an auction date. If your item is not picked up within this time period, we reserve the right to sell or donate the item without notice unless previous arrangements are made.
