All items must be paid for and picked up on September 14, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CDT at 201 E O'Connor Avenue, Greeley, NE. Any items not picked up during the allotted time without prior arrangements will be charged a late fee of 5% with a $10 minimum. This fee will be added to the buyers invoice and will be paid by using credit card on file. Please Bring your Own Help for Loading, especially if you have purchased heavy/large items and/or large quantity. Any items not picked up on the date (September 14, 2024, 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. CDT) unless arrangements are made prior to pickup, may be disposed of at the discretion of the auction company. Sweeney Auction & Realty reserves the right to modify or change pickup dates and times in cases of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Buyer will be notified. Please be advised there will be a 7% sales tax on all purchases unless you have a tax-exempt number on file with our company. This tax applies regardless of state of residence. All property is sold "AS IS-WHERE IS" and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value, or any other determinative factor. Sweeney Auction & Realty may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the internet and at the auction but makes no representation. In no event shall Sweeney Auction & Realty be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All items must be paid for prior to pick up date. Credit Card (4% service charge) payments are paid online only thru the Invoice received from HiBid. Nothing to be removed from site until settled for. Bidders who bid from offsite acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder agrees that everything is sold as is and that they may not return any item they purchased. Upon Bidder's successful purchasing of an item through HiBid, full responsibility for the purchased items is upon the buyer. Full possession will be given upon confirmation of full payment being made by the purchaser. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Sweeney Auction & Realty or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly during this timed auction.
