Auction Start: The auction will open Saturday, August 17, 2024 at 9:00 PM CDT.
Auction close: The auction will begin closing at 6:00 PM CDT, Wednesday, August 28, 2024.
Payment terms: Terms are Credit Card only. Credit card will be charged to the card on file immediately after auction closes. No items will be removed until payment in full has been received. Purchases over $5,000 must be a cashier's check or wire transfer unless previous arrangements with Auctioneer have been made. No credit card surcharge will be applied.
Buyer's premium: There is a 15% buyer's premium on all purchases made through on-line bidding.
Items may be pre-viewed Monday, August 26 - Wednesday, August 28, 2024 during normal business hours, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. CST at our Auction Warehouse in Treynor, IA.
Pick up of items: PLEASE NOTICE PICK UP DATES. DO NOT BID IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP ON THE DATES PROVIDED. Local pick up is available Thursday, August 29, 2024 noon to 5:00 p.m. CDT; Friday, August 30, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. CDT to 5:00 p.m. CDT; and Tuesday, September 3, 2024 through Friday, September 6, 2024 from 9:00 a.m. CDT to 5:00 p.m. CDT . Pick up items at any other time will be by appointment only. Payment is required prior to pick up or shipping. Any items remaining in our warehouse after September 6, 2024 will become property of Menke Aucition and Reality.
Shipping of items: Shipping is available for some items as indicated on this auction. The cost of shipping, packing materials, insurance, and any other misc. costs will be the Buyer's responsibility and will be charged to the buyer's credit card. All items will be shipped with a tracking number. Detailed arrangements may be made by contacting our office.
