Description
SRS Auctions has been commissioned to auction the contents of Beth Bolger's home as she transitions into assisted living. The beautiful home is full of quality furniture, clothing, jewelry, bedding, kitchen items (modern, vintage & antique), a huge angel collection, display cabinets, garage items, lawn mower, a few yard items. ATTENTION: The home has now SOLD so we MUST be out by August 29th so if you can't load out on Tuesday or Wednesday (27th or 28th), then please don't bid. If you are buying items to be shipped, then of course, please bid. Also, IMPORTANT to know... if you want to purchase something large, such as, beds, couches, cabinets, dressers, & especially glass display cabinets then you MUST come on Wednesday ONLY! This is for 2 reasons. First, the home is full of breakable items that we would like to load out before maneuvering larger items through the home. Second, we will have a moving company (L&M Logistics) on hand Wednesday to load big items. If you buy small & big items, then Wednesday is your day. If you are local, then please come on Tuesday to load small items & come back on Wednesday to load big items. We will be staying later on Wednesday to accommodate those that work. All items are sold as is, where is. Pick-up is Tuesday, August 27th (10am - 6pm) & Wednesday, August 28th (10am to 7pm). We will serve each customer on a first come, first serve basis. Our team will work as efficiently as possible to serve you quickly. Your patience is ALWAYS appreciated! Payment MUST be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up. We will no longer be able to hold open tickets so all payments MUST be made during the scheduled pickup day regardless if you have made previous arrangements to get your items another day. Payment by cash or check is subject to a 13% buyer’s premium and payment by credit card is subject to a 18% buyer’s premium. Shipping is available. Contact us before bidding if you have a question about shipping an item. **Please note - If you place a bid/bids and do not pick up your merchandise during the designated pick up day and time or if you fail to contact us on pick up days to make alternate arrangements your credit card on file will be charged and the items will be forfeited back to the auction company.

Payment Terms
Payment can be made with cash, check, or credit card on the day of pick up.
Pick-up is Tuesday, August 27th (10am - 6pm) & Wednesday, August 28th (10am to 7pm). Shipping guidelines & charges are as follows… WE WON'T SHIP ANY SINGLE ITEM THAT WEIGHS OVER 5 POUNDS WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL - If you don't get approval, the card on file will be processed and you will forfeit the item. We will NOT ship any framed artwork. A handling fee of $6.00 per lot will be added to your invoice. For each packaged box larger than 12x12x12 there will be an additional $10.00 per box fee. This fee will cover the expense of extra packing supplies and our time to package and prepare the items accordingly. We will do our best to package your item for the most protection during shipping and also for the most affordable shipping rates. The buyer is also responsible for the shipping charges. We ship mostly through USPS Priority Mail or through UPS. We are not responsible for items that are damaged in the mail.
