This is an on online only Consignment auction. There will be furniture, tools, appliances, clothing, boots, sports equipment, XBox, Wii , games, Boardgames, movies automobile and lots of fun unique items.
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not warrantied. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. All items are sold as is. No refunds or returns If you are unable to pickup your items on Aug. 24th please do not bid. Unless you have made arrangements with us before bidding. Everything must be removed from the premises on Aug. 24th 5pm. Unless prior arrangements have been made. If you make prior arrangements to pickup at a different day we will only hold your items for 10days then they will be resold or donated. Bidding is a contract, you will be charged for items won on the auction even if you do not pickup. If you do not pick up your items won during the specified date and time your items are considered forfeited and donated or resold to cover cost of removal and storage. We will only hold items up to 10 day from auction end date The card you registered with on Hibid will be charged. We take great pride in photographing the auction items and describing the items to the best of our abilities. All damages seen at time of listing have been identified. Not all common nicks, scratches and wear may not have been called. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine overall condition before bidding on an item by live preview, looking at photographs, reading descriptions or request of condition reports. We will ship most items, lots will be noted as “shipping available” if the lot is shippable. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees and cost associated with shipping. Auction Invoices and Shipping invoices must be paid prior to shipping. Shipping invoices not paid within 10 days of invoice being sent items will be considered abandoned and donated or resold to cover cost of storage. **Large items, (furniture etc. )can be shipped using a white glove delivery. Please keep in mind it could take 2-6 weeks to deliver your large item depending on driver schedule and destination it is going to. You must be able to load and remove items you win in the auction on the specified auction pickup date and time. We do not provide boxes and packaging material. You must bring your own. BUYERS FEES: The price paid by Online Bidder is the sum of;?(a) Bidder's final bid (hammer price per lot),?(b) A buyers premium of 15% of the hammer price per lot?(c) All applicable sales tax.??Buyer understands and agrees that the 15% per Lot purchased will be automatically included in the final settlement figure, and the buyer will be required to pay all applicable taxes, if you have tax exemption you must provide your tax exemption number before the auction ends. Please email us a copy of your exemption so we can update it in our system before invoices are sent out at the end of the auction. The highest bidder agrees to pay the full amount for the purchased item as-is. Minor scratches, chips or damages may not always be photographed. No bid retraction No Refunds or Chargebacks. All Lots Sold As IS Where Is. All Credit card payments over 500 for shipping orders must have a credit card authorization form signed & copy of a state issued ID before using your card. For vehicles bought on the auction will need a wire transfer. We no longer take credit cards or Checks for automobile purchases. There is only a 10% BP on automobiles.

Payment Terms
Please bring method of payment with you to pick up. All items must be paid for and picked up by Aug 24th at 6pm or your items will be forfeited. You are still responsible for paying for items you win in the auction even if your items are forfeited. Bidding is a contract.
Aug. 24th By Appt. Only -You will receive an email after auction closes with your invoice and. Link to set up a pick up time. All items must be removed from the property on the designated days and times. Please bring help to load large items, we cannot guarantee we will have someone available to help. Shipping determined by lot. Each lot will be noted “shipping” if it is a shippable item. You must pay your invoice for the auction items first then you will receive a separate Invoice for shipping. Buyer is responsible for packaging & shipping cost, you will receive a separate invoice from Shipping Saint for shipping. If you do not pay the shipping invoice within 10 days of receiving your invoice your items will be forfeited and donated or resold to cover cost of storage. No returns or refunds are accepted, all items are As Is. We are not responsible for shipping damages you must make a claim with Shipping Saint immediately after receiving your damaged shipped items.
