Title: "Flowers, c.1964"; Museum quality, licensed Print on Matt 250gsm conservation digital paper; 2013 The Andy Warhol Foundation for the Visual Arts, Inc.; The print is not framed, shipping is rolled up in the tube. "Throughout Andy Warhol’s career, he often returned to subjects that interested him. In the 1950’s while working as a commercial illustrator he created several delicate works of flowers. In the 1960’s he created his most famous flower series. These colourful compositions were exhibited in various orientations, and the silkscreen process flattened the subjects to create a beautiful painting that is integrally abstract. In the 1980’s, he created a proposal for the exterior of the Tacoma Dome of flowers, and after liking these images so much he created a series of screen-prints of Daisies."

The artworks have a certificate of authenticity issued by the artist. All works of art come directly from the artists' studio. Auctions have an upcoming timed auction with bidding opening on August 3, 2024, and concluding on August 11, 2024, at 8:00 PM (ET). All figures are in CAD. The timed auction features a soft close feature. Our soft close feature ensures bidding is fair for all. In the closing moments of an auction, if a bid is placed during the last 2 minutes on an item, it will extend the bidding for that item for an additional two minutes. This is similar to a live auction during which the bidding will continue as long as bidders increase the bid amounts.

Taxes: The Ontario HST tax rate of 13% will be applied to all PICKUP and Ontario invoices! Sales between Canadian provinces - we charge the sales tax of the province where the product ends up. Buyer will be EXEMPT FROM TAXES if merchandise is shipped directly out of Canada using a common carrier. Buyer Premium: A buyer's fee is 15% added to each sales invoice! The invoice will be sent 24 hours after the auction is closed. If you don't see the invoice in your inbox, you should check the spam box. Payment is due within seven (7) business days and may be made via PayPal, bank wire transfer or properly authorized Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. If we do not receive payment within seven (7) business days, the invoice will be voided and the bidder's account will be disqualified from future auctions.
