1) Invoices throughout a 7 day span (Friday nights thru Thursday nights) will be consolidated on to one invoice and sent to your email for you to pay.
2) 13% buyer's premium is applied to the total order.** See Notes Below
3) $.25 per card. 100% of that goes straight to HiBid.
4) A flat $3 admin fee is applied to the weekly total, regardless of whether you win 1 card or 1,000 cards in the catalog week.
**Note:** A 13% buyer's premium applies if you pay the invoice through our website. You will receive the invoice, and payment should be completed on your end. If the invoice is not paid within 6 days, we will charge your card on file, resulting in a 20% +$.30 buyer's premium. Due to rising costs, we are moving away from the traditional method of charging cards on file. Instead, we are using our website for invoicing. That said, we do have an option that can reduce the buyer's premium to 5% and lower per-card costs from $0.25 to $0.10. For more details, email tony@consignonlineshop.com.
**ORDER DISCOUNTS**
Applies to the entire week of catalogs. The week start on Friday nights and ends Thursday nights. That 7 day span is what is referred to as the "catalog week"
1) For every 100 cards you purchase during the week, you will receive a $20 off discount on your total order.
2) Weekly totals totaling $40 or more in cards will receive $6 off discount on your total order.
**STORAGE AND SHIPPING**
1) All cards you win are held in your own personal "box" that you can add to, similar to other card-selling sites. This system is designed to help you avoid paying for shipping multiple times within a three-month period if you win cards frequently in different weeks. By consolidating your shipments, this method will help reduce your shipping costs over a 3 to 12-month span.
2) WE DO NOT CHARGE YOU FOR STORAGE OF YOUR CARDS. IT'S FREE AND YOU CAN STORE YOUR CARDS AS LONG AS YOU WISH. PLEASE TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THAT.
2) When you wish to have your cards shipped, email tony@consignonlineshop.com to request your "box". An invoice will be sent to cover the shipping and handling costs. Handling is $0.25 per card in your box. Shipping is calculated at our commercial rate plus the cost of materials and third-party insurance. A processing fee of 5% + $0.30 is also added to the total invoice. Special requests are handled on a case-by-case basis.You can opt for a stamp and envelope for approximately $1, but please note that this method does not include tracking and has had past issues with deliverability.
3) Top loaders cost $0.25 to $0.50 each, depending on size and specific requests. All cards with a hammer price of $5.00 or more will automatically be placed in top loaders, with the corresponding cost added.
4) Since the starting bids of cards decrease every month and some cards can spike in value, you might buy a card, hold it for a couple of years, and then decide to resell it. Buying cards for resale is completely an option. There is no cost for storage, so you have the flexibility to store and resell your cards at any time.
** PAYMENT AND PICKUP: **
1) We will send you an invoice to pay for your cards on Friday.
2) Buyer specifically waves the right to dispute or deny payment for any and all purchases made with a credit card.
3) Resellers must submit an ST-101 before the conclusion of the auction. Failure to do so will result in sales tax being charged.
4) Consign Online LLC reserves the right to refuse bids from any individual.
5) All submitted bids are final and irrevocable. Unpaid invoices must be paid to continue bidding.
**OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION**
1) On rare occasions, cards may be unable to be found, possibly because the wrong card was grabbed or it was moved away from where it was marked. Those card amounts are refunded.
2) On rare occasions, the cards may not exactly match their photos. This discrepancy is usually attributed to missing parallels during the card organization process. In such instances, we will make sure to send you the card that corresponds to the price it was listed for. For example, if a parallel is pictured but was supposed to be a base card priced as such, we will send you the base card (if available) to ensure you receive the correct item according to the listed price.
3) Chrome cards are scanned and appear darker than they appear when they do not have refractor characteristics.
** RETURNS: **
1) All cards offered for sale are sold on an "as is, where is" basis. The scanned images and photos provided accurately depict the actual condition of the cards. We encourage you to thoroughly inspect the cards for any potential damages, alignment issues, scuffs, or other imperfections, as we do not accept returns. Please make your purchasing decisions with care, as all sales are considered final. Any other discrepancies are handled on a case-by-case basis.
