Bet on Vets Music Store has contracted with Texas Star Auctions / Davis Auctioneers to liquidate their entire inventory in a 2-Part Auction. This is Part Two, Part One is running simultaneously with Part Two so be sure to view all auctions on our bidding website: davisauctiontx.hibid.com The inventory includes Electric, Bass & Acoustic Guitars, Amplifiers, Pedals, Fixtures, Cables, Cords and much more! Bidding is open NOW! Part Two will close on Wednesday August 14th at 5:00 pm. We use a soft close in which a lot will close every 20 seconds (starting at 5:00 pm). If a lot gets a bid within the last 2 minutes of its countdown, the bidding time on that lot will be extended for an additional 2 minutes. This will continue until no more bids are placed on that lot. Part One will close on Tuesday August 13th with the same rules as above. PICK UP WILL BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY; FRIDAY 8/16/2024 9:00 AM -5:00 PM SATURDAY 8/17/2025 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM IF YOU CAN'T PICK UP DURING THESE DAYS / HOURS PLEASE DON'T BID OR ARRANGE FOR SOMEONE ELSE TO PICK UP FOR YOU. 1. All persons desiring to bid or purchase must register with Auctioneer using a valid credit card. A bid by any person shall be conclusive proof that the bidder has made themselves familiar with the terms and conditions contained herein. Your auction registration is also an agreement to be added to our email / text lists for notifications about other auctions and services we offer. Your Bid Is A Legal Binding Contract. If you are designated as the winning bidder you agree to pay the full bid amount + buyer's premium and applicable sales tax & shipping. 2. All items are sold AS IS-WHERE IS with NO WARRANTIES OR GUARANTEES expressed or implied. Auctioneer or Seller shall describe the merchandise as accurately as possible, but they assume no liability and will not be responsible for authenticity, genuineness, or unseen defect in any lot. No allowance, discount or refund shall be made on account of any incorrectness, error in cataloging, imperfection, defect, or damage. Any and all descriptions or representations are for identification purposes only and are not to be construed as authenticated or as a warranty of any type. Buyer shall base their bid accordingly upon their judgment solely. All sales are final. 3. Full payment for all purchases must be made immediately following the conclusion of the sale. Auctioneer reserves the right to: a) Reject any and all bids and/or to bid as an agent on behalf of the Seller, any absentee bidder and/or the Auctioneer as buyers. b) Bid on behalf of the Seller in situations involving reserves or Seller confirmation to reach the reserve sales price. c) Withdraw from or add to auction any item before or during the sale. d) Resell any item not paid for in full on sale day. e) Group, subdivide, sell lots times the money, or sell lots in bulk when it is in best interest of the Seller. 8. Auctioneer is not responsible for the performance of online bidding platform. If a bid is not received by the auction house, the bid cannot be executed. The Auctioneer is is not responsible if a bid is not executed due to technical or human error. 9. All Shipping is handled by a 3rd pary shipper. Merchandise shall be shipped within 10 business days of the conclusion of the auction. Shipping charges will be added onto the final purchase price of each item & will be collected by the shipping company. The shipping company will attempt to fit as many items in each box as safely and efficiently as possible to reduce the shipping charges for each item. Auction company reserves the right to resell any items in which the shipping charges were not paid within the time period allotted. 10.
