Lots not picked up during the specified pickup Date/Time, or not having shipping arrangements made by end of scheduled pickup day will be considered abandoned & forfeited , they will then become the property of Latimer Auction, with no refunds and Bidder will be barred from bidding at future Auctions. If items are not picked up during the scheduled pickup time and a special trip to the Auction House is required , a $25 Cash Fee will be charged! By bidding you have made a commitment to purchase items and have entered into a legal contract, Bids cannot be cancelled or retracted for any reason. Latimer Auction shall not be liable for any missed bids or electronic issues during the course of the Auction.
