Please bring your own boxes, totes, labor and packing materials with you. ANY ITEMS NOT PICKED UP WILL BE FORFEITED AND REMOVED FROM THE SITE. We really appreciate you bidding but it is very important that you pick up your items on the designated days and times when we have staff available. Pickup Day and Time: Tuesday, August 20th, 2024, and Wednesday August 21st, 2024, from 5 pm to 8 pm. Shipping & Handling: Shipping available on select items. We will charge a $25.00 handling fee which includes our packing materials, boxes, labor and delivery to the USPS in Dandridge, TN. For the fee of $25.00 we can pack up to 40 pounds per box. You can avoid all cost of shipping if you pick your items up in person onsite. Preview / Inspection Date & Time: There will be NO inspection prior to the auction. Online Only. FAILURE TO PICK UP ITEMS WON: ITEMS NOT PICKED UP ARE CONSIDERED ABANDONED AND WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE AUCTIONEER. BIDDERS AUTHORIZE THE AUCTIONEER TO TAKE POSSESSION OF THOSE ITEMS NOT PICKED UP AND DISPOSE OF OR RESALE THE ITEMS AT THE SOLE DISCRETION OF THE AUCTIONEER. BIDDERS WILL STILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ITEMS EVEN IF BIDDERS FAIL TO PICK UP THEIR ITEMS.
