We want our customers to be happy and will try our best to solve any problems that arise.--- All items are sold as-is, where is, with all faults - no warranties, are expressed or implied. We will do the best we can to show pictures and describe any imperfections. Consider any picture provided to be part of the auction description and look at them carefully. Descriptions of items are based on our experience and opinion and are not a guarantee of any claim to value. Items that are New In Box or New Old Stock have not been removed from packaging and are assumed to be in new condition. We do NOT pack up your local pickup items. You must bring your own packing material and boxes to the auction pickup. You must bring your own help to move the furniture and large items, and to load your vehicle. If tools/straps/dollies are needed to disassemble and remove furniture, don’t forget to bring them. Please DO NOT BID if you can’t make the appointed pick up date and time. Shipping is available for many items – see “Pick Up and Shipping Information” for details. If you have a reseller certificate and want us to take the sales tax off of your invoice, we must receive a copy of your TX Sales and Use Tax Permit no later than 48 hours before Auction Close by email to jenna@bcsanda.com. This gives us time to update your account to show your status. If the auction ends and we have not updated to show no tax due, then you will owe tax on your auction winnings. Registering to bid on an item, or bidding on an item indicates your acceptance and understanding of, and agreement to be bound by, our Terms and Conditions, Payment Information, Pick Up and Shipping Information, Auction Notice, Bidding Notice, etc. Your registration to bid, and the act of bidding on an items is considered to be your electronic signature, for all legal intents and purposes, to charge your credit card with which you registered for the auction. You are also agreeing NOT to initiate a credit card chargeback with respect to any lot you purchased in the auction. Binding yourself by the terms and conditions through bidding on an item indicates your agreement to accept financial responsibility for your purchases, and you will be liable for all costs and expenses incurred as a result of that decision. By providing your email address during registration, you are authorizing us to communicate with you by email. Payment Terms
Payment by Credit Card only: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover. The Credit Card that was used to register for the auction will be verified with a $1.00 test authentication that will not be an actual charge and will drop off. That same Credit Card that was used for registration will be charged for Winning Bid amounts, 16% Buyer's Premium, and 8.25% Sales Tax immediately following the Auction Close.
Pickup for this auction is Friday 8/2 from 12pm to 3pm. The pickup location is in the Fry@Morton area and the address will be released to winning bidders on their invoice. All items must be picked up by 3pm on Friday 8/2/24. Any items not picked up by that time are considered abandoned by the Winning Bidder and will be subject to resale or donated with no refund. TEXT Jenna with questions 713-252-5473. Shipping is available for many items. Please contact us by the day after the auction closes to confirm that you want your items shipped. If you are not local, please check carefully to be sure that the items you are buying are marked to be shipped.. Some items are very heavy and/or bulky. If you win more than one lot, we reserve the right to ship in more than one box. We will ship as efficiently as possible. The buyer will pay actual shipping price plus $5 materials and handling fee PER box. It may take up to three weeks to receive your package after the auction is over.
