PURCHASE TERMS: All items are sold "AS IS" with no warranties expressed or implied. No onsite inspections are available. Please ask for detailed photos if needed. We describe as best as possible and provide detailed photos for inspection purposes.
A 15% buyer's premium is on all items. Credit Card will charge automatically after auction ends. It is assumed that out-of-state buyers will need shipping. If you are out of state and will be picking items up PLEASE let us know as soon as possible as we will begin the packing process shortly after auction ends.
Any items not picked up at the set pickup time will be considerd abandoned and will become the property of Willis Estes Realty & Auction, Inc and will be disposed of in a method determined to be the best. Including, but not limited to, re-sale, donation or trashed. Under no circumstance will there be any refunds for items purchased and abandoned.
SHIPPING: Shipping is not guaranteed in this auction. PLEASE CONTACT AUCTION COMPANY PRIOR TO BIDDING IF YOU WILL NEED SHIPPING! Large items, furniture, machinery, etc. CANNOT SHIP! We can ship most items that will fit into USPS Priority Mail boxes. There will be a minimum packing and handling fee of $8 per box in addition to actual shipping charges. Shipping charges will be billed seperately from purchase invoices. We will place as many lots as possible into each box. Please check before bidding to confirm an item can be shipped. We are a small company and do our own packing. Shipping will be from 3-10 days after payment is received. Please allow for shipping time when you bid. Bidding on any item is agreement to our terms and the buyer is responsible for timely payment! Bidding on an item that cannot be shipped does not relieve the buyer of the obligation to pay for items succssfully bid on. I repeat, please contact auction company prior to bidding if there is any doubt.
Purchase totals for shipping in excess of $1000 requires approval prior to bidding. Wire transfers will be required on all purchases of $1000 or more.
AUCTION TERMS: The auction company nor the software provider will be responsible for any interruption in service, errors, caused by any means including power failures or website outages. This auction is conducted electronically and relies on hardware and software that may malfunction without warning. The Auctioneer, in its sole discretion, may void a sale, suspend bidding and re-sell any item/lots that were affected by any malfunction. The decision of the Auctioneer is final as is the case in a live auction.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When you register for your account you are assigned a unique username and password. You are responsible for bids made on your account. An online bid is a legally binding contract. If you feel your account has been compromised, it is your responsibility to contact Willis Estes Realty & Auction, Inc immediately to suspend your account. Final bids made from your account ARE NOT SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION.
