Farm equipment including corn picker, manure spreader, fuel tanks, chainsaws, weedeater, wagon running gear, hay rake, farm gates, & trailers, water tank, Construction equipment and building supplies, ladders, concrete forms, water pump & hose, lots of wood, boxes of vinyl siding and trim, rebar, PVC/plumbing and electrical supplies, lighting, metal roofing supplies, screws, Air Compressor, hose & reel, heater/fan combo, welding table, nice heavy duty shelves, exterior steel doors, nails, & so much more.

Terms and Conditions

The following are the terms that bidders and consignors agree to before bidding in the online auction. All agree these will be the terms of the online auction. All Sales are final! Bidder understands and agrees no refunds, exhanges, adjustments, etc will be allowed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, source, condition of suitability for a particular purpose. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary. 10% Buyers Premium No OUT OF STATE BIDDERS! All items must be picked up on Thursday August 8 from 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM. You will be charged if items are not picked up and items will become property of Morrow Auction Service. ITEM REMOVAL on Thursday August 8 from 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM, NO EXCEPTIONS & Buyer MUST bring own labor for removing large items, limited auction staff will be available. We will have a loader tractor available. All property is sold in "AS-IS" and "Where IS" condition. Morrow Auction does not provide shipping or packing or transportation services. Moving and pickup is the sole responsibility of the purchaser and at their expense. Purchases will be released with a paid receipt. PAYMENT METHODS: Cash, approved check, cashier's check or credit card with (4% fee for credit cards)

Payment Terms	Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier's check, personal/business check or credit card(4%f fee). Items must be paid for before they can be picked up from the site. There will be a $100 fee for any check that is returned for insufficient funds. We do not charge card on file unless you don't pickup your items on pickup date.

Shipping / Pick Up

Buyers pick-up days will be Thursday August 8 from 2:00 PM- 6:00 PM. We DO NOT OFFER SHIPPING! Buyers must bring own labor for removing large items as auction staff will be limited that day. ALL purchased items not removed by the deadline will be retained by Morrow Auction Service. There will be NO REFUND for items purchased and not picked up. There will be a 6% KY sales tax added to the sale price. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation to Auctioneer before bidding. Morrow Auction Service will not be offering shipping and ALL items must be picked up by the date above. ALL Sales are final and all items are being sold AS-IS and Where-IS condition.
