Description
Summer online only equipment auction. There will be a lot available for equipment or seller's can keep the items at their locations. Online bidding will run July 22 through noon July 27. Lots will begin a soft closing at Noon July 27. Pick up will be available July 28 at the lot location, and by arrangement with individual sellers. Buyers are encouraged to inspect the equipment/items before bidding. Items are sold as-is.
All items sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with all faults. All descriptions believed accurate but not warranteed. Bidder inspection is encouraged, call for appointment. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have examined the items to their satisfaction, or that they have chosen not to personally examine them. Westad Auction & Appraisal LLC reserves the right to reject any bid at our sole discretion. 4% Buyer's premium rate charged. Required time of pickup/checkout and any charges for storage. Minnewaukan, Benson County to be used for dispute resolution. Westad Auction & Appraisal LLC reserves the right to cancel and/or reopen the auction in the case of system failures.
