By registering and participating in the online auction, you agree to the following: Mayberry Sales encourages bidders to ask questions before bidding. All items are purchased as is, where is without warranty expressed or implied. Buyers are responsible for loading all items purchased without assistance from Mayberry Sales. Registration with a valid credit card is required before placing a bid in an online auction. The credit card registered will NOT be charged at the conclusion of the auction, unless you fail to show up to pick up items. Mayberry Sales processes payment on site at time of pick up. At the conclusion of the auction, we will request that you reply to our email with a time slot you will pick up. If you do not respond, we can not ensure your items will be ready when you arrive.e. All items not picked up at the designated pick up time will be considered abandoned property. By registering for this auction, you hereby agree to these terms.
