Description	Online auction in progress now. The home is in Jester Estate (north Austin) Pickup will be at the home. The home is smoke free. All sales final. All items are sold in as is, gently used condition. 13% Buyers premium. Buyers are responsible for packing and loading their own purchases. SHIPPING NOT AVAILABLE. PICKUP WILL BE ON MONDAY, JULY 22ND ONLY.

Terms and Conditions

Buyers will be charged a 13% buyers premium until further notice. All buyers are expected to make arrangements to pick up their purchases on advertised day of pickup. Any arrangements made by the buyer for another pickup date will be charged $50.00. I will make one attempt to contact buyers during the ONLINE pickup by phone. All buyers must understand that items are being sold "as is and where as and in their current condition" All ONLINE Auctions conducted thru clickit2bidit are hosted by TXLC#16203 Effective immediately Shipping cost will vary from a min of $5.oo to $20. depending on size and quanity of items to be shipped, PLUS YOUR ITEMS COST AND THE SHIPPING COST FROM THE POST OFFICE. ONLINE AUCTION ENDING DATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WHEN LIVE ESTATE SALE OPPORTUNITIES COME UP.

Shipping / Pick Up

SHIPPING AVAILABLE AT BUYERS EXPENSE. There will be a charge of $19.99 on packages shipped, at the buyers expense, on items that require packing and wrapping. If an item can be dropped in a envelope and or a box with wrapping or packing, a $5.00 will be added in addition to the cost of mailing(shipping) the item, plus cost of items.
