A 10% Buyer's Premium will be added to all purchased lots. Check, cash, or Visa/Mastercard accepted as payment upon pick up. 3% charge on all credit card purchases. Must pay at local pick up on Thursday, August 1st, from 10AM to 6PM. Preview Dates & Times: Items can be previewed and inspected at auction location, 114 Highland Dr., Searcy, AR, on Monday, July 29th, from 3PM to 6PM. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. ALL SALES ARE 'AS IS, WHERE IS'. NO REFUNDS. Any merchandise not paid for in full within 2 days of auction close becomes property of auctioneer and bidder forfeits any binding winning bids.
