Seymour United Methodist Church Pre-Demolition auction. Selling a great selection of original stained-glass windows, doors, church pews, light fixtures, wood flooring, trim, elevator, furnace, boiler, mini split units, antiques, collectibles and so much more. All items sell as-is/where-is with no guarantee and must be removed prior to the demolition. Please ask questions before you bid. PLEASE NOTE: Most all the windows, doors, fixtures and flooring are original to the 1916 construction and will show some wear including possible cracks in the glass. We tried to provide photos of any damage that we saw, however this may not be all inclusive. We urge you to attend one of the viewings to inspect the items for yourself. There will be two viewings for buyers to inspect the items prior to the end of the auction. These will be Tuesday, July 23rd and Thursday, July 25th from 4p-6p at the church located at 302 N. 5th Street, Seymour, IA. We strongly urge you to take advantage of one of the viewing dates to see this great selection in person. Pick-up time will be Monday, July 29th 9A-6P, Tuesday, July 30th 9A-6P, Wednesday, July 31st 9A-6P and Saturday, August 3rd 9A-NOON. Shipping IS NOT available for this auction, local pickup at 302 N. 5th, Seymour, IA. We accept cash, Venmo and credit/debit cards(fee applies) only. There will be a 10% Buyers premium for cash buyers and 13% for credit card purchases. Plan to bring your own loading help and tools to for removal. Auction help will not be available to assist with removal or loading. All items must be paid for the week of pickup. If you need more time for removal, you will have NO MORE than 30 days and will need to make arrangements.
