Responsibility for proper nomenclature and identification of Auction merchandise is the responsibility of the bidder. All Auction items are sold “AS-IS”, “WHERE-IS”, “WITH ALL FAULTS and DEFECTS THEREIN.” There is no guarantee as to merchantability by Auctioneer or Owner. The auctioneer reserves the right to remove, or add to any Auction items on this list up until Auction time.
