The buyer understands they will be held responsible for any damage that takes place because of them removing their items whether this be a careless act or an accident. There will be a 4.00% surcharge for all transactions using card. All returned checks will result in a $50.00 service fee as well as a permanent ban from any auctions conducted by Morgan Riat Auctions or Foundation Realty.
