AUCTION TERMS & CONDITIONS AUCTION TERMS AND AGREEMENT OF TERMS: By registering for this auction, you agree to the following terms of the auction. We at R² Auctioneering have tried to show any defects, if they are known. We can't possibly open every item and have shown stock photos for many items with photos of the box condition as well. Please understand that this is a "As Is" "Where Is" Auction and there are no returns on any item - please bid accordingly. Some items may be returned for defect or missing part. R² Auctioneering will not be responsible for any defective item or missing parts. Please review photos and description. There are many brand-new overstock or shelf pull items as well as like new items that may have been opened and returned or even a very limited amount of items that may have been used and returned. A majority of the items appear to be in new, like new, or working condition. Online Only Auction. All items are "As IS" and there are no refunds. We do our best to show pictiures of any visible damage, but we don't open every box. When possible, we will use a stock photo. This is a Consignment Auction of Shelf Pulls and Returns There may be missing parts ar damage. Credit Card used at reservation will be charged at the conclusion of the Auction. Please review photos and descriptions carefully. SHIPPING: We ship items using Shipping Saint. After the auction ends and your lots have been settled (paid for), you will receive a separate email from Shipping Saint to request and select a pick-up time and/or shipping. We may take up to 10 business days to ship for large auctions and larger items. You will be billed separately for shipping when your items are packed & weighed. All shipping fees must be paid directly through the Shipping Saint link. You will receive this link through text and email. Shipping will be via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. All invoices over $500 will require a signature for delivery. When the shipping invoice is paid, shipping will be finalized, and you will receive a tracking number once your label is printed. If you are out of state, we will automatically ship your items, unless you contact us for arrangements prior to the end of the auction. All invoices over $500 will require a signature for delivery. REGISTRATION: All bidders must register for each auction. In order to register for the auction, the registrant must go to R2Auctioneering.hibid.com to register. Registrant must also provide contact information which includes telephone number and email address. Registrants are required to register with a valid Credit Card. BUYER'S PREMIUM: A 14.5% Buyer's Premium will be added to the bid price for all purchases made on-line or by absentee bid. PAYMENT: Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Payments accepted for this auction are via credit card only including Visa, MasterCard, and Discover Card. There will be a 14.5% Buyers Premium and additional 3% fee for credit card usage. Buyer agrees that all sales are final, and they will not dispute any Credit Card Charge. For Invoices over $1,000.00 a Wire Transfer is required unless prior agreement is made with R² Auctioneering. Buyer will be charged Indiana sales tax at 7%. DEFAULT OF PAYMENT: Payment is due at the conclusion of the auction. Winning bidders lots will be settled to the credit card used at time of registration after the auction is completed. If you require shipping, a separate shipping invoice will be settled to your credit card upon confirmation from Shipping Saint. If Buyer needs to make other arrangements they must contact R² Auctioneering and seek an agreement of Payment Terms. Any invoices remaining outstanding after the payment due time, may be accessed a collection fee as well as all other remedies allowed by law. R² Auctioneering may retain any monies received as deposit as liquidated damages. Lots not paid for by time of pickup or shipping may be resold at public or private sale, without further notice to bidder. Any resulting deficiency together with all expenses and costs of re-sale will be the responsibility of the defaulting purchaser. Nonpayment of won items may result in bidder being banned from future bids or from registering for any R² Auctioneering future auctions. CONDITION AND WARRANTIES: All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no guaranties of condition, whether implied, or otherwise given. Great effort is given to providing the description and condition of each item, when known. R² Auctioneering will not be held responsible for errors in the description or condition of any item. It is the buyer's responsibility to determine the authenticity or condition of any item prior to bidding. No refunds will be issued on any item sold due to errors, omissions or condition of items sold. The buyer agrees to indemnify and hold R² Auctioneering, Auctioneers, staff and sellers harmless from any future claim that shall pertain the fitness or use of that asset being purchased. BIDDING: Bidding is available on-line only. Lots may be offered in various ways including a single lot, multiple lots, split lots, etc., which will be at the discretion of the auctioneer and R² Auctioneering. Bidding will continue until the highest bid has been obtained; the auction company will have rights to refusal if the bid does not meet their requirements. Upon approval from the R² Auctioneering, the highest bidder will be the winning bidder; all other bidders will be considered null. The auctioneer, at their discretion, may offer additional lots to the "back-up" bidder(s) at the winning bidder's price; back-up bidders have the right to accept or decline the offer. R² Auctioneering, its employees and contractors, and the seller have rights to bid during the auction. R² Auctioneering and auctioneers have the right to reject any bids that are merely nominal bids, if in their judgment it may adversely affect the sale. DISPUTE BETWEEN BIDDERS: Disputes between bidders determining the winning bidder will be handled as follows: R² Auctioneering or its' auctioneer may decide the winning bidder or may resell the items immediately. CHANGES TO AUCTION LOTS: The auction company reserves the right to change any lot whether it is number order, content, grouping, division, addition or withdrawal of lots at any time. Once the auctioneer says sold the lot can no longer be changed. SECURITY: All items become the sole responsibility of the buyer once auctioneer has said sold and has confirmed you are the successful bidder. It is your responsibility to secure your items, no refunds or adjustments will be given for lost or stolen items or for shortages. REMOVAL: Removal of purchased items shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases may be removed upon presentation of a paid receipt to the Auction Staff. Purchases may only be removed during the allotted pick-up period. Removal dates/times will be announced at each auction. Any item(s) not removed during this period may be considered abandoned and no refund will be given. Once a Abandoned Item has been with us for Ten(10) a $25 per day storage fee will be assessed. After 30 days, abandoned items may be resold without notice at public or private sale or otherwise be disposed of at purchaser's expense. No refund will be given for abandoned items. PERSONAL AND PROPERTY RISK: Persons attending during preview, sale, or removal assume all risks of damage or loss to person and property and specifically release and indemnify the R² Auctioneering and staff from liability. ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Additional terms and conditions of sale may be announced and/or posted at the time of sale. All announcements made the day of sale take precedence over other advertisements, notices, terms and other published information relating to the auction.

Credit Card used at at Registration will be charged at conclusion of Auction. Cash will be accepted at pickup with prior arrangements. There will be an additional 3% for Credit Card Usage.
Shipping will be through Shipping Saint. You will receive an email at Auction close asking about shipping. When you select yes, you will receive a second email within several days that will contain the payment requirement for label. Once paid your item(s) will be shipped. Please keep in mind it may take up to 10 days to get your item(s) shipped. We will use recycled boxes to keep Your shipping costs at lowest price possible. Larger or heavy items, glass items or fragile items could be shipped in an extra duty box that will require a higher shipping cost.
