FFL Process: Firearms must be shipped to your local FFL dealer. You are responsible for having your gun shop or FLL holder of choice email a copy of their Federal Firearms License (FFL) to us for shipping of your firearm. The email must be sent to triggershack@yahoo.com and have your name on the subject line. The FFL information must be received within three (3) days of the auction close – failure to provide this information will forfeit the bid. Bidding in Auction: All bids are final and cannot be retracted for any reason. Do not share your log in information. Do not leave your computer open while you are logged into our site. If someone else uses your login or your computer, you agree that you have granted permission to that person and you agree that you are responsible for any bids that are placed through your account. We reserve the right to accept or reject your bid for any reason. If we have accepted your bid, you will receive a paid receipt along with instructions for next steps usually within 24 hours of the auction close. Some of the items in this auction will sell with reserve. We do not disclose which items have reserves nor do we share that reserve with you. Failure to Pay: If you cannot pay for your winning bid, you may opt to pay a relisting fee of 25% of the total invoice. If you win an item that is not legal to ship to your address on file, you may give us an alternate address for shipping. If you do not have an alternate address, a relisting fee of 25% of the total invoice will apply. Payments charges: Pennsylvania winning bidder: 6% sales tax will apply to the total invoice. Other winning bidders it’s your liability to pay your local state tax, we do not collect that. Buyer’s Premium: The buyer’s premium is 12% plus shipping that includes credit card surcharge. Out of Stock Items: Although items are in stock at the time we catalog them, there may be times when an item unexpectedly goes out of stock. It this occurs, we will attempt to source the item for you for a period of time at our discretion. If you do not wish to wait for the item to become available, you may notify us through email, and we will process a full refund to your card. We may substitute a similar item if one is available. Items are considered similar at our discretion and will have the same or greater value as determined by the wholesale price of the substituted item. If we are unable to source the item or a similar item, we will process a refund back to your card on file. Shipping: Our intent is to ship all orders within three-five (3-5) business days ,bidder once invoice is paid. *If paid via check, checks must clear prior to any items being shipped. Ammunition items will be shipped using Ground Shipping only. (UPS/USPS) to the contiguous 48 states only (signature required). Firearms will be shipped via USPS 2nd Day Air to the designated FFL provided by bidder. Please have your FFL email a copy of their License to triggershack@yahoo.com, per instructions above. Shipping handling fee is an additional $8.00 on top of carrier charges. No pickup services - shipping only. Pennsylvania shipping addresses will be charged additional 6% sales tax. Declined Credit Cards: If your credit card on file declines for an attempted charge, we may charge a decline fee of $10 per attempt to charge your card, for a maximum of five (5) attempts. You give us permission to charge your card on file for those decline fees. You agree that card decline fees, cancellation fees, relisting fees or any other fees will be paid even if you don’t pay for or receive the items that you won. You agree that said fees will be paid first and before any monies collected will be applied to your purchase. Collecting Invoices: You give us permission to charge your card in increments smaller than the total due in an attempt to collect your entire invoice balance. You also give us permission to apply those smaller payments toward card decline fees, storage fees or relisting fees if applicable. Credit Card Disputes: If you dispute any of the charges that you have agreed to, a $200 dispute fee will be charged to your card on file. You give us permission to charge that fee to your card on file and you agree that the dispute fee will be paid even if don’t receive your merchandise. This covers our time and expense in submitting paperwork to the card processor in order to recover our money. International Shipping: We do not ship internationally. If you live outside of the United States and have won an item, we must ship your item to an address within the US. You can then arrange to export your item. If you have won an item and live outside the US, you must provide a US address for shipping. If you cannot provide a US address, the transaction will be cancelled and a cancellation of 25% of the invoice total will be applied. Ownership of Sold Items: An item becomes your property the moment it is paid for through the charge to your credit card. You assume all the risk in pre-shipping storage of your property and in the actual shipping. Any claims for damaged or missing items are strictly between the buyer and the shipping company. Unpaid Charges: If you have multiple invoices with us at any given time, all of those invoices must be paid in full prior to shipping any items to you. If you refuse or are unable to pay all of your invoices, any funds that we have collected will be used for cancellation or other fees first.
