Bargain Bidz Terms and Conditions By registering to participate in the auction at Bargain Bidz Auction House, you ("the Bidder") hereby agree to abide by the following terms and conditions: 1. **Payment and Collection**: The Bidder is obligated to settle all winning bids within seven (7) days following the close of the auction. Any items that remain unpaid for and uncollected after a period of two (2) weeks will be deemed forfeited. 2. **Cancellation Restocking Fee**: In the event a winning bid is not settled and the item is not collected within the stipulated two-week period, a cancellation restocking fee equivalent to twenty percent (20%) of the pending settlement total will be levied. This fee must be paid in full before the Bidder is permitted to participate in future auctions. 3. **Negative Points and Bidding Restrictions**: Non-payment of the cancellation fee will result in negative points being added to the Bidder's report. The Bidder will be prohibited from participating in our auctions until the cancellation fee is fully settled. 4. **All Sales are Final**: All sales are deemed final. When making payment online, the Bidder must ensure that both the billing and shipping addresses match the address registered on the HiBid account. 5. **Online Safety and Fraud Prevention**: To safeguard all parties involved, our payment fraud prevention system automatically flags orders that may be deemed high risk. This may result in a delay in delivery and processing. In such instances, we will require identity verification prior to shipping out items. 6. **Payment Deadline Extension**: We understand that certain circumstances may necessitate flexibility. The payment button is not an invoice. It is a tool for you to enter your payment information. You need to fill in all the required fields, such as shipping address, billing address, email, and amount. The amount you need to pay is the same as the total shown in your settlement invoice. Please pay the full amount in one transaction. We do not accept partial payments. If you make a partial payment, we will refund it and ask you to pay again. Refunds may take 5-10 days to process.
