Per our client request, some of the items have a reserve price : all the handmade wood furniture, the ship's grates, the huge houseplant & the CNC spindle, but we'll be open to negotiate at the end of the bidding if reserve prices are not met! Preview, payment & pick up will be at the house on Big Buck Lane in Sevierville. Preview is per appointment on Friday, July 13th from 10am - 2pm. Call (865) 306-6710 to make an appointment no later than Thursday 8pm please. Auction closes Sunday July 14th at 8pm. Pick-up & Payment is Monday July 15th from 9am-2pm.
