Per our client request, some of the items have a reserve price : all the handmade wood furniture, the ship's grates, the huge houseplant & the CNC spindle, but we'll be open to negotiate at the end of the bidding if reserve prices are not met! Preview, payment & pick up will be at the house on Big Buck Lane in Sevierville. Preview is per appointment on Friday, July 13th from 10am - 2pm.
