Buyer's Premium A buyers' premium of 20% of the high bid will be added to the high bid to determine the final selling price for the auction lot. Michigan sales tax of 6% will apply to all purchases.
Payment: Your credit card will be automatically charged at the conclusion of the auction. If you would like to pay using another form of payment, then be sure to indicate as such upon registering. No items removed until payment has been received by auction company. American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Cashiers Check, Personal or Company Checks. No checks outside of the state of Michigan are accepted. Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of the buyer at time of payment and the buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property at that time. American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company reserves the right to resell any property not paid for in full by the conclusion of the stated pickup period. In any such event, the Buyer will still be responsible for payment for the original purchase and the costs of collection of this payment and/or damages resulting from the resale of the property.
Inspection Dates & Time: No Official Inspection Dates. Please call 734-223-3277 with specific requests.
Auction Closes: Tuesday, July 23, 2024 beginning at 8 p.m.
First lot closes at 8 p.m. and remaining lots will close in intervals until done.
If you are a successful bidder, you will have 2-days to remove your purchases. Those days are:

There are NO OTHER days for pick up. If you cannot pick up on these days, please make arrangements with someone to assist you.
We have NO laborers on site. You must bring your own labor, tools, and hauling equipment. Everything is on the ground level of a private residence.
Pickup: All items, must be picked up on the published move out date(s). Buyers are responsible for bringing their own tools, rigging, loading, and moving all items purchased without assistance from American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC. IMPORTANT! Auction staff is prohibited from assisting with any disassembly and/or loading.
**Very important: With exception of previous arrangements with American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, you MUST pick up your items on the specified date(s). If not, you understand and fully agree that you will be charged $100 per day for storage and any additional charges such as labor and hauling fees. Furthermore, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company reserves the right to make attempts and resell your merchandise at any time after the published move out date(s).
Auction Ending: Beginning at the stated closing time, the auction software will conclude bidding for one lot each thirty seconds in catalog order with the following exception: if a bid is placed in the last three (3) minutes remaining for that auction lot, bidding for that lot will remain open for an additional three (2) minutes. Some lots may be grouped together so that a bid on one lot will extend the time on all lots in that group.
Debt Collection and Interest Charges: The buyer agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and other costs incurred by American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, LLC in its efforts to collect unpaid funds from the buyer. The buyer agrees that a fee of 10% of the outstanding balance per month be added to any unpaid balance due American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Livonia, Michigan. Limitation of Liability If, for any reason, American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company is unable to make available or deliver any Purchase, or portion thereof, or documentation required in respect of any Purchase, the sole liability of American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company, if any, shall be the return of monies paid in respect of such Purchase upon its return by Purchaser.
Non Paying: In addition to the above, Understand that we are working for our seller. We have zero tolerance for non-paying bidders and we will proceeed aggressively to rectify such situations. In addition, non paying bidders information will become public information and distributed through multiple venues.
All items are sold "as is, where is" with no warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but it is up to you to do your own due dilligence on anything prior to bidding. Bids cannot be retracted for any reason.
Age Requirement All bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
Bidder Information and Security: All registration information the bidder provides to American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company.shall be current, complete, and accurate. All bidders are responsible for any bids placed under their bidding numbers and passwords. The security of bidder information is the responsibility of the bidder. Bidders must notify American Eagle Auction & Appraisal Company.if they believe that their bidder number and password have been compromised.
