Our July Auction consists of several estates, store left-overs and storage unit clean-outs. We have a variety of furniture items perfect for a "vintage" show or booth. Some great restoration projects. Other furniture includes: custom upholstered chairs, French chaise lounge, canoe shelf, French wardrobes, Queen lighted Headboard, consoles, dining and coffee tables and shelving. We have LOADS of art...dishes, linens, a globe on stand, lamps including a GWTW lamp. camel saddle, skis, pillows, toybox and SO MUCH MORE! Some lots have low reserves. Thank you for supporting our small business.
Our sale starts Friday, July 5 at 10am and ends Monday, July 15 7pm. Check-out is Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 10-5. *Any items not PICKED UP by 5pm Thursday, July 18 will be FORFEITED. No acceptions! Please DO NOT BID if you can't pick up by Thursday 5pm. * Buyers are responsible for all loading of items. Our staff will make things ACCESSIBLE for loading. But, we will not have staff here to load items. Please DO NOT BID if you can't arrange your own help for loading.

We accept cash, check, Apple pay, visa, mastercard, discover, american express. Payment may be made in person at time of pick up. All items must be paid and picked up by Thursday, July 18th 5pm.
Pick up is at Round the House 4941 S. Peoria. You must bring your own help to load. There will be no help on-site to load items. We offer delivery at an affordable price. Delivery is limited to 30 miles.
