TERMS & CONDITIONS:
BY PLACING A BID, BIDDER CERTIFIES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND WILL ABIDE BY ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS AS STATED BELOW. IT IS THE BUYER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO UNDERSTAND ALL THE TERMS & CONDITIONS PRIOR TO BIDDING.
We want you to bid with confidence so if you have any questions regarding these terms, feel free to reach us at (563) 920-7373. We cannot guarantee immediate response to phone or email inquiries. Please do not bid if you do not understand auction terms or procedures as you are legally responsible to pay for every bid that you win and pick up your purchases per the terms of this agreement. Our goal is to help educate bidders to help create a satisfying online experience for all.
ONLINE BIDDING:
This is a timed, online-only Auction. At close of auction, the highest online bid will be the winning bid for the item. This auction will incorporate a "SOFT CLOSE" which means, should bidding on an item occur within the last 5 minutes before the closing of that item, the open bid period for that item will extend by an additional 2 minutes.
All bidders agree to pay the Buyer’s Premium of 18%.
All items are sold "AS IS, WHERE IS" with no warranty or guarantees, expressed or implied, by the seller or ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC. Bidders accept all auction items/property "WITH ALL FAULTS", whether or not immediately apparent. It is strongly recommended that bidders thoroughly inspect items before placing a bid. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor prior to placing a bid. Items are described as accurately as possible, but do not represent any guarantee by the seller or ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC. By placing a bid, bidder signifies that they have inspected the item to their satisfaction. Please feel free to contact us PRIOR to bidding with any questions.
By placing a bid, the bidder signifies that they believe the item will meet their satisfaction. Any person making a bid on an item understands they are Entering a Binding Contract according to the Iowa Auction Sections of the Iowa codes of Law.
In the case of an online auction, should there be an unexpected software, cloud server or major network outage, ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC reserves the right to pause, extend, fully reopen or cancel the auction in order to allow given auction sufficient time to run and close under normal conditions without disruption in all fairness to auction attendees, bidders & consignors.
ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC reserves the right to withdraw, add, or re-catalog items in this auction. ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC also reserves the right to reject a bid from any bidder.
PHOTOS & ITEM DESCRIPTIONS:
Multiple photos will be included in item descriptions whenever possible. Note: photos may or may not fully represent the item as lighting, surroundings and other factors can affect the perception of an item in a photo. As such, all bidders are responsible for their own personal inspection of the item(s) before placing a bid. Photos and item descriptions are to be used as a guideline only. Auction Software used by ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC will not be held liable for any software or software malfunction discrepancies.
INVOICING:
An invoice and payment instructions will be sent to each buyer's registered email at the close of the auction. Please read email message completely for payment instructions. Please contact us at (563) 920-7373 if you do not receive an invoice from us within 24 hours of auction close. Payment must be received at time of checkout and pickup following the conclusion of the auction. If payment is not received or payment arrangements made within 1 day after the conclusion of the auction, the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the item(s), including any and all monies. Auction items will not be released for pickup until payment is made in full. Failure to comply with these terms will prohibit bidder from participating in future auctions conducted by ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC.
ITEM PICKUP/SHIPPING & DELIVERY:
Removal and/or transportation of item(s) won at auction shall be at the expense, liability and risk of the buyer. Any Items not removed by the allotted checkout time, unless arrangements have been made and agreed upon by ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC, will be considered abandoned and the buyer will lose all right, title and interest to the property, including any and all monies from the buyer. If other arrangements are made and agreed upon, for a later pickup, the agreement will include a minimum $25 relocation fee. ABSOLUTELY NO SHIPPING IS AVAILABLE.
ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC will not provide boxes, packing material, etc. so please be sure to bring your own at pickup time.
PAYMENT:
All auction sales will be settled using the bidders card on file with HiBid with payment directly to ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC.
If the credit card on file is declined and the invoice is unpaid, it is the Bidder’s responsibility to contact ROLAND TREASURE LIQUIDATION LLC with a valid working card or pay cash at pick up prior to or at the time of pick up, or your items will be considered forfeited.
No Refunds!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
