Please bring you invoice with you to pick up Items, Invoice will need to be signed. All items must be picked up on Scheduled day of pickup. Arrangements can be made for the larger items. If items are not picked up, there will be a restocking fee and no refund on purchase. Please bring your own help to lift all heavy Items also bring Tools/Packing Materials to remove all items. All lots must be completely picked up, nothing left behind or there will be a $25.00 charge added for disposal. If you cannot be available on pick up on dates, please do not bid on Items'. Thank you.
