There are NO RESERVES and bidding will start at just $3 for every lot. Please be advised that lots may continue to be added to the auction as well as additional photos and details through the close of the auction, beginning at 7:30 pm MDT on Tuesday, July 9th. Should you be unable to be online to bid at closing time, we highly recommend setting your absentee or maximum bids at any time prior to closing so that you do not risk missing out by the rush of last-minute bidding at closing.

Because of this as well as the desire to reduce damage that may arise from additional handling by the public, there will be no formal preview dates/times. Checkout Date/Time NOTE: We recognize that summer is a busy time for travel. If you will not be able to arrange pickup during the week following auction close, per the following, please contact us to arrange a special concession. All invoices will still be required to be paid in full at auction close. This auction begins to close at 7:30 pm MDT on Tuesday, July 9th. Auction items must be scheduled for pickup at an available time slot utilizing our online calendar scheduling system sent to all winning bidders with times available for selection over a four day period including Thursday, July 11th, Friday, July 12th, Saturday, July 13th, and Sunday, July 14th. Unless an exception has been made via prior written consent, any items not picked up by 7 pm MDT on Monday, July 15th, will be deemed abandoned and revert back to the seller with no refund.

PLEASE NOTE: If you are familiar with BFD auctions, we strive to bring you brand new merchandise in often giftable condition. However, sometimes Amazon and other big box retailers have other plans! We have been shipped goods on occasion that are not strictly overstock. So when we accumulate too many of these items, we will have a Warehouse Clearance auction to liquidate these items in addition to lots that are indeed perfect overstock. This is PART I - a mix of our usual overstock (lots 100 and up) and those items that required some careful examination on our part so you are as informed as possible prior to bidding as always. So you do need to wonder which lots may have issues or not without having to click on each one for details – we have set up a simple guide for PART 1 of WAREHOUSE CLEARANCE: LOTS NUMBERED up to Lot 49: These lots have in most cases undergone shipping and returns so the boxes may be in fair to poor condition or have no box at all. If upon inspection, we were not sure if the product is still perfectly new, or something is missing or damaged, or in used condition, the lots are photographed and described well here. LOTS NUMBERED 50-99: These lots may have been shipped or returned but are still in brand new condition with no flaws - and appear only handled by us for inspection. The boxes may be in poor to fair condition since they have been through shipping and handling. LOTS NUMBERED 100 and higher These lots are just like our usual fare - brand new in new, unopened boxes overstock unless otherwise stated or needed to be opened just to photograph. Repeats in lots are purposeful as we may have multiples of an item. We will have PART II with more such less-than-perfect merchandise again later in July. TO SIMPLIFY THESE AUCTIONS, ALL BIDS WILL START AT JUST $3 with NO RESERVE no matter what the MSRP of the item or its condition. Happy Bidding!
TERMS & CONDITIONS By registering for this auction you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. Please read carefully prior to bidding. PAYMENTS: Immediately after the closing of each auction, we will process your payment method on file for any lots you have won. This will include our standard 15% Buyer’s Premium applied to each lot and 4.75% Colorado sales tax. The HiBid platform we utilize gives you the option to store multiple payment cards in your profile. When registering for each auction, please be sure to select the card you would like charged. You will receive a confirmation email with a copy of your paid invoice within hours of the auction’s close. If you are a cash buyer, you will receive an invoice with a balance due. Your invoice will come from: bid@bidfordecor.com. If you do not receive an invoice, please check your spam folder or email us at info@bidfordecor.com. Cash Buyers: If you prefer to pay cash, please notify us in advance at info@bidfordecor.com so we do not attempt to charge your card. You can also use the “contact auctioneer” function found on any lot detail page. If you elect to pay cash and do not make the payment or pick up your item within the allotted pick-up times, your card on file will be charged on the last day of scheduled pickups. Any misuse of the cash buyer payment option will result in the inability to be a cash buyer. For any cards that fail to process we will send an invoice that can be paid online or in person. Your invoice will come from: bid@bidfordecor.com PICKUP: Items cannot be paid for or picked up until the auction is complete in its entirety and by appointment scheduled online only. Within 2 hours of the close of the auction, you will be sent an important email containing a copy of your paid invoice and a link to our scheduling system to reserve a pickup day and time. We cannot guarantee pickup will be available outside of your scheduled appointment time. Time slots will be available between the hours of 10 am and 7 pm Thursday, July11th, between 10 am and 7 pm Friday, July 12th, between 11 am and 6 pm Saturday, July 13th, and between Noon and 4 pm Sunday, July 14th. Please check your email to reserve a pickup appointment. Please plan to bring any assistance you may deem necessary to pack your items for transportation including an extra set of hands, straps, moving blankets, etc, as you see fit for the items you have won. Unless an exception has been made via prior written consent of Bid for Decor, any items not picked up by 7 pm MDT on Monday, July 15th, will be deemed abandoned and revert back to the seller with no refund. During your scheduled appointment pickup time, we will assist in transporting your items from inside of the warehouse to your vehicle. Due to insurance policies, Bid For Decor staff cannot assist in securing items that are transported on the outside of a vehicle. The designated party is responsible for confirming acceptance of your items upon pick up. This auction is for bidders with the ability to pick up their items or arrange third party pick up. Bid For Decor is not responsible for removal. ITEM CONDITION: Bid with confidence. Items are brand new unless otherwise stated and carefully documented in the lot listing and photos. In the unfortunate circumstance that an item is not in the condition stated in the listing, we will replace when able and refund when necessary. All items have a 3-day guarantee against misrepresentation or manufacturer defects. As this is an auction, we do not return or refund for any other reason. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER AFTER THE AUCTION if you have not yet received your paid invoice and scheduling link by the morning of July9th. If you believe you might have won lots and did not receive an email, please ask at bid@bidfordecor.com on July 9th. When registering to bid, the registered bidder must be the same as the cardholder on file. If the name of the bidder does not match the billing information, your bids may be declined by the auctioneer. At auction closing, all items you purchased will be charged to the debit/credit card utilized to register in the auction, including applicable buyer's premium and sales tax. If you have a valid reseller's license you would like to apply to any purchases, please provide a copy of your applicable state exemption license prior to bidding to info@bidfordecor.com . Otherwise, sales tax is just 4.75% due to our unincorporated Denver warehouse location.
Within 2 hours of the close of the auction, you will be sent an important email containing a copy of your paid invoice settlement and a link to our scheduling system to reserve a pickup day and time.
