If you are local to north and central Ohio and would like pick up your items or pay cash, contact us within 1 day after auctions end to arrange a pick-up date.
Pick up dates are by appointment only. If you want to pick your items up the pick up must be withing 14 days from when the auction ended. If the items are not picked up with in the 14 day window, the items ownership reverts to the previous owner and the payment for the items is forfeited.
All shipping is done by us. We have a flat $3.00 Handling charge for all your items combined, no matter how many boxes it requires to ship all your items. You will only be charged $3.00 plus shipping cost. Example: One item handling fee $3.00, 100 items the handling fee is still only $3.00. All shipping will require insurance Shipping to Canada will be without customs or taxes paid. Canadian Customer will have to pay taxes and customs when they receive the items.
Your items will be shipped to your address that is registered with HiBid. If you find an error with your register address, please email us so we can update the shipping location. After the package has been shipped an address change intercept of the package is required, you will be charged for the cost of the intercept.
