The total on the invoice will include the hammer price, the buyer's premium, and shipping fees. Property WILL NOT BE REMOVED from the auction facility until payments are rendered in full. NO EXCEPTIONS! Merchandise becomes the full responsibility of Buyer at time of payment, and Buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property until removed from auction house. 4.
