The following are the terms that buyers and bidders agree to before bidding in the online auction. Seller(s) agree these will be the terms of online auction for the buyers/bidders.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% Buyer’s Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the buyer’s premium will be the sales price.
Payment and Pickup- Payment and Pick up must be made by Sunday, July 14, 2024 from 9am to 3pm at 3107 Old Kentucky Hwy 52, Richmond, KY 40475. All items must be paid for in full prior to removal. Payment may be made by cash, credit card (VISA, American Express, Discover or Mastercard), or bank certified check. Any and all credit card transactions will be charged an additional 5% Processing Fee. If you fail to pick up your items, we will charge your credit card.
All purchases that have not been paid by Sunday, July 14, 2024 at 3 pm will be automatically charged to the credit card used at registration, with a 5% processing fee.
All purchased items must be removed by the deadline of Sunday, July 14, 2024 by 3pm. Any items not removed by the deadline will, at Auctioneer's discretion, be discarded or resold with proceeds retained by Auctioneer. There will be NO REFUND to the purchaser for these forfeited items.
Buyers must provide their own boxes and packing material for removal of items. No labor or tools will be provided by Hickman Auction Group.
All descriptions and information are believed correct, but are not guaranteed. It is the Bidders responsibility to obtain or verify, prior to bidding, any information they consider critical to their decision to purchase. Preview times are available by scheduling an appointment for potential bidders to physically inspect the items. All bidders are encouraged to inspect items to their complete and full satisfaction prior to bidding. The items are being sold "as-is" "where-is" with no warranties or guarantees of any kind including merchantability and/or fitness for particular purpose.
Bidder understands and agrees no refunds, exchanges, adjustments, chargebacks, etc, will be allowed. Property is available for inspection at specified times and is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition. Bidder’s failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc. All description information has been gathered from sources that we believe to be reliable but are not guaranteed. Auctioneer makes no warranty or guarantee of any kind with respect to condition, authenticity, provenance, source, condition, suitability for a particular purpose, etc. Auctioneer reserves the right to change, modify, delete any item or lot or description in the auction as may be necessary.
In the event, there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Hickman Auction Group reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. Neither the company providing the auction software nor Hickman Auction Group shall be held responsible for a missed bid or any other malfunction of the auction software.
