4 Pieces by Anita Inverarity limited edition giclees, (1) titled "Pilgrim", on fine art Matt canvas, COA, numbered 2/10, dated October 2013, signed and numbered in silver ink lower right, signed and dated in stone, measures 8.5" x 16", (1) titled "Through Dangers Untold", on paper, no COA, numbered 3/10, signed in black ink and number lower right, signed in the stone, signed thank you card, signed and dated label with title, measures 8" x 10", (1) titled "The Morrison", on fine art Matt canvas, COA, numbered 3/10, dated June 2013, signed and number in gold ink lower right, signed and dated in stone, measures 12" x 12", and (1) titled "Arachnid", on fine art Matt canvas, COA, numbered 1/10, dated June 2013, signed and number in gold ink lower right, signed and dated in the stone, measures 8" x 12". Excellent condition, still in original plastic sleeves that were never opened until photographed. Anita’s distinctive style echoes folkloric and art nouveau aesthetics. She weaves a magical fairy-tale narrative throughout her intricate, yet bold ink drawings. Interests and themes which run through Anita’s art language include Folktales, Fairy Stories, Mythology, Nature and Earth Magic. You will find beautiful costumes on etheric maidens in mysterious moonlit gardens filled with crystals and all manner of characters and creatures. The work invites you to look closer and enjoy the detail and ornamentation. Original work is traditionally crafted using pen mediums on paperboard. Gallery works are custom framed to a high standard and finish. You can also find a substantial portfolio of giclee reproductions here, along with greeting cards and colouring packs.
