1. This is an online only auction. Lots will close at a rate of one lot per 30 seconds with a soft closing. Meaning that if a bid is placed on an item within the last minute of the auction an additional minute will be added on.

3. Pictures are a valuable tool for description, condition, and quality. Please take the time to browse all lot photos.
ALL items will be sold "AS IS" and ALL SALES ARE final. No refunds, discounts, deductions, or adjustments of any kind Will be made. By registering, reading the terms, agreeing to the terms, and bidding, you are creating a legal and binding contract. Vandergals, will not be held responsible for any type of warranty or guarantee of any kind on any item. Bidder agrees to proceed at their own discretion. 4. Vandergals, uses HiBid as their auction platform and will in no way be held responsible for any web site error, glitch, outage, internet failure, or disruption of any kind during the auction.
5. Terms of payment: 16% buyers fee will be added to each won item/lot

6. SHIPPING & LOCAL PICKUP: Local pickup will be available on Friday 7/12/24 /2024 from 1:00pm - 5:00pm and Saturday 7/13/2024 from 9:00 am - 1:00pm. Please use front entrance off of south Water St.
SHIPPING: WE LOVE TO SHIP (furniture, large, and heavy items excluded - please take note of shipping icon located on each lot) we will take utmost care in wrapping, packing, and shipping your items. We will utilize USPS and UPS. We charge actual shipping plus a handling fee of $5.00 for each package. Some larger and/or more fragile items will require an additional handling fee.
LOCAL PICKUP - Any Wisconsin bidder within 50 miles of local pick up will be assumed that they will be picking up their items on the 2 local pick up days provided. If you are in need of more time to pick up, ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE AHEAD OF TIME. Items that were not picked up will have their credit card on file charged for the cost of goods, shipping & handling.
TIME OF AUCTION START/END - Auction will start on Sunday June 23rd at 8:00pm and bidding will start to close on July 11 at 7:00pm
