TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The following are the terms that buyers and bidders agree to before bidding in the online auction. Sellers also agree with the terms and conditions.

Real Estate is sold "as is", "where is" with no warranties expressed or implied.
BUYER’S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% buyer’s premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the buyer’s premium will become the sale price of the real estate. After bidding closes, the final price will be determined upon seller confirmation.
DOWN PAYMENT: $20,000.00 down day of sale on house. The balance of contract sale price due on or before August 14, 2024. Possession is day of closing.
TAXES: Real estate taxes to be prorated between buyers and sellers as of closing day.
PAYMENT: Accepted methods of payment are cash, cashier’s check and personal/business check.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL! Property is available for inspection at appointed times only and is the bidder’s responsibility to determine condition. Bidder’s failure to inspect house or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, chargeback, etc. All description information has been gathered from sources that we believe to be reliable but are not guaranteed. Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in prosecution and bidding privileges suspened by auction company.
SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, Wigginton Romine Auctioneers reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding. NEITHER THE COMPANY PROVIDING THE SOFTWARE NOR WIGGINTON ROMINE AUCTIONEERS SHALL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR A MISSED BID OR THE FAILURE OF THE SOFTWARE TO FUNCTION PROPERLY FOR ANY REASON.
