HOW DO I REGISTER? At the top of your screen, click "Login/New Bidder." If you are a new bidder, click the black box. This will prompt you to enter your email address. You will be emailed a link to validate your email, and then you can finish your registration. It's fast, easy and secure. The whole process takes about 2 minutes. Your credit card will be validated by and in doing so, a temporary hold of $1 will be placed on your account to ensure the credit card is valid, and that only legitimate bidders are participating. This process is exactly like paying for gas at the pump! The charge will fall off of your account in 24-48 hours.

All Gold, Sterling Silver Diamonds & Genuine Gemstones are electronically tested prior to being sold. In very rare occasions and sometimes it happens items at auction can be listed by mistake for what ever reason and they have already being sold, traded , given, gifted, or simply not available to deliver such item to lot winner. in that case a full refund will be issue. items may have silent reserves if reserve not met, invoice will not be created for those items. a bidder may have won an item but if that item did not meet reserve no invoice will be issue to winning bidder. Simply put, pre-owned watches, much like a car can have a wide variety of aftermarket parts. If a pre-owned Lexus gets new tires, is it still a Lexus? The same is true for watches. We State Jewelry Auction ( Also referred here as SJA ) DO NOT guarantee currency grades on any of our lots. Please study photos carefully. State Jewelry Auction may attempt to describe currency in advertising, on the internet, and in the auction. Any description referring to currency grade or condition is completely the subjective opinion of State Jewelry Auction and State Jewelry Auction makes no express or implied warranties based on the subjective descriptions of any currency being sold. We guarantee the authenticity of all currency being auctioned, but in no way guarantees the condition or grade of any currency being auctioned regardless of any subjective opinion put forth by SJA. It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to be the judge of the currency grade/condition by the pictures provided. Buyers are further encouraged to contact SJA with any questions prior to the start of the auction. Internet bidders acknowledge that they are not able to inspect the lots beyond photo examination and additionally by questions put to SJA by telephone prior to the auction, and that such examination is not as good as if they examined it in person but its the only examination available since this is an Online Auction Only It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, value or any other determinative factor. SJA shall endeavor to describe currency to the best of their ability. SJA will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. Bidder agrees that under no circumstances whatsoever will SJA ever be liable to any bidder for any reason. Due diligence to verify the condition and description of a lot is the sole responsibility of the Bidder prior to placing any bid. If either party alleges that the other party is in default under this agreement, then the dispute or allegation shall be submitted to binding arbitration in the State of Florida. SJA shall select a neutral arbitrator. The arbitration process shall be initiated by either party requesting arbitration which must be served upon the other party by certified mail. Failure to participate in the arbitration is a default. Each party shall simply present their case (limited to a maximum of one hour for each party) to the arbitrator. The parties agree and acknowledge that they are completely waiving their rights to have the dispute heard in a court of law. The parties agree that the arbitrator shall have complete jurisdiction over the dispute and can issue an award to the prevailing party. Arbitration fees shall be paid by the party not prevailing in the dispute or as seen fit by the arbitrator. Any award determined by the arbitrator shall be binding and the prevailing party shall be awarded full reimbursement of its actual paid fees in connection with the dispute. By signing up to participate in a SJA auction, Bidder specifically agrees to the dispute resolution specified in the foregoing paragraph as Bidder’s sole means to resolve any and all disputes which may arise with SJA. By doing so Bidder specifically agrees that Bidder will not file a dispute of any kind with a credit card, PayPal or any other third parties. In the event that Bidder violates this provision, in consideration of SJA’ approval of the application of the Bidder to bid in SJA’ auction, Bidder confesses judgment to fraud having been committed by Bidder against SJA and further agrees that Bidder is liable to SJA for all damages, losses and costs, including time charges, resulting. Bidder’s bid at all times represents an irrevocable offer by Bidder to enter into a binding contract to purchase the lot in accordance with the specific provisions of the listing.

As is customary in the jewelry business, when items are manufactured and are so similar in makeup that there is no difference in weight or appearance, a certificate may be duplicated for each piece that is manufactured and evaluated by the appraiser. There are several items in this auction that are brand new, manufactured items, and this process would be similar to the processes used by major chain jewelry stores that have several of a single item. While State Jewelry Auction makes every effort to call to the attention of bidders the use of after-market parts in jewelry and watches sold, the use of such parts or stones shall not constitute a warranty or representation that the items are original in their entirety. These modifications, customizations, and alterations may impair the ability of the original manufacturer to repair such item or certify the item as authentic. Photography: All items are phoographed used a 10x high powered macr lens. Items are placed in a professional lighting studio box to enhance the lighting and represent natural lighting from the outdoors. It is important to note that items will appear in photos as if you are viewing them under a 10x loupe, and can look different (generally better) to the naked eye. Items are NOT edited or at all. Manufactured goods may be examined and appraised by the appraisal company in groups, with reports being issued reflecting their findings and views that are the same . Photographs used for the purpose of appraisals or auction listing may be used multiple times when an item is manufactured to have no noticable difference.
All Items will be ship with insurance and the insurance will be equivalent to the amount of the invoice. If by any reason the package gets misplace lost damage or anything what so ever happnes to the package after it has been turned into shipping company we the auction house company are not responsible for this in any way shape or form and we are not liable in any way. and you agree to wait and help with the claim process in order to get the insurance to pay for damages.
